Fish is part of a three game lost thing starts with surgeon simulator but you operate on a bunch of people named Bob which was created to allow anybody to become a surgeon but then they became sentient and escaped then someone put a bit of a Bob's blood into a batch of bread define The bobs just the game I am bread is the next point in the three game Lord thing then at the beginning of this game you saw that a bob was getting that bread with the blood in the back which makes it sentient even after which you got fed which made you sentient and now you're in the surgeon simulator hospital and that music is what you're hearing
