I think I broke. I can't believe you guys actually saw my comment. I hardly took a breath when you guys were carrying the cake, I'm smiling like a little kid giddy with excitement for Juno. Now I'm just kind of in shock...
I don't disagree that this is amazing and awesome parenting. In fact, I commend it. Just teasing Ols. I hope that all children can have parents this devoted to them. The world would be a better place.
because the one who doubts himself are often the one who did it best.. bcs they are afraid of failings so they put in the extra effort on it compared to those who already confident in themselves.
Can i just say? If the day comes where I have a bestfriend who is ride or die enough to come over to my house and make this 10kg birthday cake for my toddler, and then I get to pull an all-nighter with my future partner making this ridiculous giant birthday cake just to surprise our kid and see them smile (while sharing a glass of wine along the way) AND do a little happy dance together after we see our kids reaction, i think that'll be the day I know I did something right somewhere along the way in life. I always get emotional seeing how ollie and lizzie treat and celebrate their daughter. They love her so much but not in just the "ofc is my daughter" usual way but in like "i'm loving this tiny little actual person so much and I want to make her happy and safe". Which is why Juno also behaves the way she does, incredibly lovingly, smart, curious and sweet. Happy birthday to her!
Hmmm so safe they might got her vaxxinated and put a mask on her face if she would have been old enough. While they are already worn the mask thenselves. They are so dabgerous, cancer rates were going up because of it, because if cells dont get enough oxygen they can turn into cancer cells. Not even speaking about the dangers of the vaxx.
Not to throw shade on Ollie’s baking skills, I see he’s good at baking but I think Lizzie did a lot of the heavy lifting on this. Definitely a good thing Josh went home lol.
Lizzie is the kind of person everyone wants as a best friend. She’s has the purest soul and greatest personality with unmeasurable creative talent. Absolute goals.
As someone who lost their dad in a car accident when they were 7, it's so sweet to see Ollie and Juno and the memories she'll have of her 'brown' cake when she's older. ❤️

I'm incredibly late to this, but I feel like I need to say this: my parents making my birthday cakes are some of the most memorable moments in my childhood. My parents went full on team work to make this pirate ship cake for my brother once and it was awesome! Parents, if you can, put in that extra effort, it makes a world of difference!

Juno is incredibly smart. Her use of the language is outstanding! I'm in awe of her. She loves treasure, not realizing that SHE is the real treasure! Take good care of her because she is going to go far!

I was having a really bad day and I decided to have a KoreanEnglishman/JOLLY marathon and I literally havent stopped smiling and laughing and a maybe a bit of good crying/tears watchamacallit. Juno is so lucky to be surrounded by such good people and raised by the most loving parents.

Seeing all the efforts that Ollie and Lizzie as a parent are putting in to make their daughter happy is literally making me tear up. This is how parents should be or this is how children expect their parents to be ,like not with extravagant stuff but providing a safe and happy place for their children and specifically not calling their 7 year old a fat pig for replying what cake she wanted for her birthday when asked by her father.

What great parents! My dad has never even celebrated my birthday with me. Juno is very blessed! I'm so happy for her to be surrounded by such lovely people who celebrate her. :D ( it's rare where I'm from to see father's behaving as father's even)

Juno is so lucky to have such awesome parents. They literally made a 10kg treasure chest cake with tons of candies and gold chocolate for her. And all she had to say was “brown”. 😂 Btw, Ollie made awesome tasting cakes and Lizzie made them into an amazing treasure chest fill with candies. That’s the dream team right there!

after all that hard work, it was so heartwarming to see Juno's bright smile! It's got to be hard to be her right now, not fully understanding why she can't see her friends and maybe even why mommy and daddy and uncle get upset some times - but then she has great moments like this and I'm sure they make everything feel just a bit better for everyone!
