We Survived Our First 30 Days Being Parents (with newborn & toddler) 

Definitely parent mode when you have to spell fun things out 🤣

I’m about to have a 2 year old and a newborn in a few weeks with my 6 year old so I know how tough life can be. Don’t stress about the laundry, or how your home looks, those things can wait! Enjoy the time you have now with those precious babies. God is so good!!

This is literally a realistic look into my daily life of 2 under 2. House, car rides, hanging out in the car, bedtime, etc. ❤️😅

I cannot believe she rolled over at 1 month old. She is strong 💪 ❤

Ry is so adorable. She reminds me of my 2 year old son. So much energy. I try to get out of the house 1-2 times a day (before & after naps) and we always do something physical to get his energy out and my 7 year old sons energy. We have days every now & then that we don't go anywhere and I would say, for me, those days are tough. Getting up & out is always better for everyone. Even if it's to the store or out to lunch or the park. It keeps the sanity and makes the babies tired!! 😊 As Starlie grows older you will find it easier to get up and out of the house to stay busy. The newborn phase isn't easy. Don't beat yourself up over the way the house looks, if you're cooking less at home or if you simply don't go anywhere for a day. The most important part is that the kids are well cared for and loved. You're both doing a great job!! 😊

Starlie is able to roll over already cause she is strong like the rest of your family💕💕so glad y’all are thriving

Love this ❤ y’all are doing amazing To answer your bigger car question, I brought my 1st home in a CRV just like y’all’s and almost immediately upgraded to my Chevy Tahoe (and I don’t even have a 2nd child yet, just pets 😂). I have several family members with new Honda Pilots as well and the new redesign is fire 🔥

I personally would get a Tahoe. My parents had one and it was nice. Big enough for a family (we were a family of 5) but not too big. And a cute simple tattoo idea for Sav is an outline of a heart with RL inside and an outline of a star with SJ inside. That would be so cute!

Love it! The carrier needs adjustment though i had to adjust mine for my newborn as well the flap has to fold inward nd also her bum has to fold over the bottom piece hanging like in a hammock creating the M shape. Also adjust the inner bottom buttons. I followed the example in the pamphlet it comes with which i didnt know about until i realized my newborn wasnt in the correct position. I hope that helps

Hello to you too you guys are amazing individuals my husband and myself have three under three and we were both over the age of 40 it's extremely difficult to do anything but take your time give yourself a schedule to go by it will get easier as the baby gets a little bit older.

Recently become a huge fan of you both!!! We have 2 girlies under 2, first born in December 21 as well🤍 I love how open, honest, and faithful you both are and LOVE the dynamic and humor.

I have 3 under 3 so I totally understand how tough it can be! And a c section with all three….Just take it one day at a time and remember it’s all temporary, the bad days won’t last forever and take the time to spend time with each other instead of worrying about things that need to be done, they can wait!

Hey Sav! Not here to judge at all, but I’m a peds nurse and just want to warn you about the safety of the nest sleep sacks! Weighted sleep sacks are not recommended by the AAP, and aren’t considered safe sleep! Just a heads up because I feel like a lot of people don’t know that!

Your family is absolutely beautiful.. I don't know if you knew but they have these little cups that you can put in your bra and you don't ever have to use brest pads and you can store the milk you collect in the cups too and never have to worry about wet spots on your shirt they work amazing and are comfortable to wear.. You should definitely check them out..

Ford Edge is a pretty WIDE car that doesn’t have an extra row! Also the new version of your car could be wider as well! Just a thought🤷🏾‍♀️😅

I think if you guys get a car that has a back row and then the middle row is two bucket seats and then you have the 2 seats upfront so it would fit 7 total and then Savannah could sit in the bucket seat and easily be able to move to the back town in between the two babies without having to be between them the entire time! I think that is a really smart idea instead of having 2 row of benches have 1 row of bench seats and the middle row have 2 bucket seats instead of another bench seat row like normal backseats are. And also you can get SUV’s with seats like that not just a mini van lol I know a lot of people don’t wanna drive mini vans so just know there are plenty of SUV’s with seats like that our family has a Ford explorer with the bucket seats as the middle and a bench row in the very back

My wife and I didn't get a Baby Brezza until our second child. It is a serious timesaver. We officially have a 2 yr old as of a couple weeks ago. We also have a 7 month old.
