Very good.14t is enought for home users with short wood.Tested. Many people in europe buy electric 5-10ton and results mostly fine and half price then pto type.
When I think of all the times I've weild an axe and the hours I've spent chopping wood that is just riddiculous how easy that was ..... Industrial strength 💪
I had this exact log splitter. It was good in the beginning but after just a few months it fell apart because the build quality is awful as its made in China. I got it fixed but then the engine stopped working as they use the cheap Briggs engine so i gave up on it which was a lot of money down the drain but then I bought a proper well made British log splitter which is still going to this day. I learnt the hard way and was badly let down on this machine so think wisely before making a purchase of poor quality.
You're not the only person to have lots of problems with this machine. Unfortunately from my experience which was a very bad one and found Rock Machinery to be a bunch of con artists in telling you what you want to hear with this machine. At best this may be good for the odd few straight grained logs but certainly not up to professional standards which they claim. My Venom 22 ton machine ended up in a skip and lost a lot of money, I learnt the hard way don't buy poor quality Chinese rubbish. Balfor are much better which is what I'm using now.
I’m from the states and was actually looking at a log splitter today. Found a 40 ton splitter on sale lol been splitting around 15 cord a year by hand. I’m thinking I need to upgrade cuz I’m not getting younger. Hope you had fun with your toy!
The first thing I noticed was that your wood was too small (TWSS That's What Suzan Said) 🤣😲😎 But then it got better (more giganormous) and made a nice job of it James. 👍
Come on now lads we needed to see it split a old lawn mower thats not yer full test now haha here in ireland the green party wants to ban stoves down the line and go into our neighbours houses to stay warm u just couldnt make it up keep them coming lads
