We Tested 4 Eyelash Growth Serums to See If They Really Work 

It is ridiculous to show the "results " with mascara... do you really think so little of your viewers???

It sort of loses it's effect when you use "mascara to show results"... how do I even know it's the serum working...

While you're at it, why didn't you just add some fake lashes on top to "show results"? I think that would've made the growth so much more noticable.

How can I know which one really works?!?! Putting on mascara makes anyone look like they have long,thick, full. That makes the video completely useless !!

It doesn't make sense to only put mascara on the after photos. Really skews the results. One cannot use this at all for information. If you are reading comments before viewing the video, don't bother watching.

If you take this video down and redo it WITHOUT mascara to show REAL results we will all forgive you and pretend this never happened. "With mascara to show results..." (I'm rolling my lash-less eyes so hard right now.)

I believe mascara was applied for the after pics really don't think they actually tried the products.

Not having mascara on would have helped show the results much better since most every mascara will lengthen lashes even a bit. Good review overall. I liked hearing about side effects and application issues, etc, but it was difficult to really see the results :/

have an issue with this - the before shots have no mascara on where as the after ones do - which of course would make your lashes appear longer and fuller - I wish these kind of tests could be done more honestly ...

Would really have been better if you didn't put mascara on in the after shots, what's the point in that?! I don't think it made a difference whatsoever and if it did we can't tell because of the mascara. Bad choice!!

lolololol!! they tryna sell these products... ok?! but i didnt see any results, OBVIOUSLY mascara would length and volumnize the lashes. no real proof here. if the serums actually worked, they would do a top and side by side comparison with natural lashes.

I just cleaned on old mascara tube and filled it with a mix of oils (vitamin e, coconut, almond oil, caster oil). I added mainly castor, then continued to add the others until the tube filled, mix it around, and apply every night before going to sleep. Everyone's different so there might not necessarily be growth, but your lashes will certainly be stronger and have shine.

I think this is a pretty good review actually. Because with the mascara effect for after comparison with before, pretty much tells us: do not waste your money on these products. I was actually thinking of getting some, now, I am pretty confident that they are all fake. So donot bother, just glue the fake ones for fun in stead of.

I used Latisse for 4 months. Yes, it made my lashes longer, but once I read several studies and an eye wiki written by ophthalmologists, I found out it shrinks the fat in the eye area and eventually can cause eyes to look tired or sunken. So I stopped.

Try Mavala double lash it works for real not like the serums that you've used, it makes your lashes freakishly long (makes your brows grow long too so be careful) ,

The serum i used has the same active ingredient in it as latisse but uses the generic form of it , hence why i didn't have to get a prescription, it's called virginlash by the way

Zoria works. I've tried pretty much everything including R+H (gave me a sty). This worked after 3 weeks and is gentle. I have thin short sparse blonde lashes, now long and lush. Got this for $100 from my eye doctor.

Mascara is what made the difference. This was not a good way to a difference..

You need to remove this video, this is false & fraudulent advertisement, bad for the companies you are showcasing because it's fraud. You are making money with the ad in the front of your video while showing false / fake results but we see the eyelash curler was used in one or more after results. This is my opinion.

Okay so I'll use the mac kind because I just want fuller lashes not longer.

Rapidlash is the best and affordable. You can buy it at CVS or online and you only use it once a day at night. I saw results in 4 weeks and I have been using it 7 months so far with amazing length and volume! It costs around $40-49 but you can get it cheaper at a wholesale club or online.

i used Fysiko and it really works for me. My eyelashes are longer and fuller.I saw results in 6 weeks, and everyone thinks I have false lashes now!

You shouldn’t have used a mascara in the after photos! The video pretty much said all of them are good lol the lash serums actually work in different ways on different people even if the same brand is used, that’s why the branding always says “your best result” so they won’t over promise lol a more real review would have been good. I personally have used EyeEnvy and I saw zero result, later I read reviews online on how some people didn’t see any results, while some did and while some other ones actually lost more lashes! I’ve been using Flash eyelash serum and it’s been so far so good.

Well .. My experience with using castor oil on my lashes caused me belpharitis which is a horrible eye condition to me personally and it cause my eyes to swell and my eyelashes to fall if there's a lesson I learned is that to never apply something oily to your lashes or brows overnight cause it also caused me sebhorric dermatitis to my brows but when I tried these they worked fine and I already have long lashes I just want them a little bit thicker :)

I only saw a real difference with the last one. Even with mascara the other ones did not do anything at all. How can they make us believe the stuff realy works?

Very misleading since the after is shown with mascara applied. :/ The setup was good though. I just wish the before and after were both with no makeup.

I used the Obagi lash serum twice a day on my lashes & brows. I gotta tell you, it WORKED!!! I wear glasses and after a couple weeks my lashes were leaving blink marks on the lenses. I over plucked my brows in the '70's and my brows NEVER grew back. I stopped using it because I didn't think it was working on my brows, but soon after that I saw hairs growing in on my inner brow and over all my eyebrow hairs seemed to be thicker. Give it time, it does work!!! Obagi was the only one I tested

What happens if you stop applying these? Like after the weeks it says too, will they fall out, or simply stop growing?

I have to agree with the other comments regarding wearing the mascara after. It makes it REALLY hard to tell if any of the serums worked. Certain mascaras can do wonders with making your eyelashes look longer and fuller, so this video was not helpful at all.

hi, I couldn't help but notice after the trial results it was kind of hard to see if the products worked because the testers were wearing make up maybe next time you can show the results without the wye makeup that would be helpful. Do you know what the active ingredient is ? thank you

@KristinaTsai Hi there! The extra length was just at the tips of the lashes and you couldn't really see it without mascara. Sorry for the confusion!

It might work, but the ingredients are not mentioned. They are expensive. I have read that ORGANIC ONLY castor oil on the lashes and brows will do the same thing, also each night may as well be added and beneficial to your skin. I have also read that Vaseline will do the same thing to lashes and brows.....but Vaseline has petroleum in it.........so my choice is the ORGANIC ONLY castor oil. Always check with your eye doctor first, as one does not want to cause any eye problems of any kind as it is so very wonderful to be able to see.

Smart lash really works. I use this and it made them thicker and longer. But, I’ve seen that eyelash serum can darken eye color which it did for me.

I'm using that right now, I'm not sure if i'm imagining it but i think my eyelashes look a tad longer and ive only been using it for 4 days lol .... maybe its just looks longer because the eyelash gets wet from it... oh well my eyelash seems healthy and conditioned now and its super cheap anyways

In the "after' image you applied mascara so no visible change on any of these. WTH?

The reason they put on mascara is because the tips are so faint without mascara you cant see the growth. I've been on Latisse for months and no one comments on my lashes until I have mascara on since the tips of mine are almost translucent.

Tbh, i didn't see the difference - you can make any lashes look fuller and longer with mascara on, so fairly said, in my opinoin there was no difference whatsoever. So far I myself have tried castor oil for about a month: I didn't see any result in the length, but I do think that it nourishes the lashes and helps them strengthen. Two days ago I started using vaseline to see if that's gonna work - I read that it's also supposed to help growth, but we'll see.

RapidLash is another great product. It can also be used on brows, which has helped with thinning. I recommend the product. It works.

idk what y'all are talking about... did you just watch the first and last parts? They show before and after without mascara throughout the main part of the video for each participant. They did show a girl with mascara once, yeah.

I need my lashes back..please if your thinking about trying fake lashes Don't!!! When u start,u can't stop, next thing u know, your own lashes have suffered threw this whole ordeal..

Try out Zoria Lash Intensifying Serum by OCuSOFT. It is made my ophthalmologists and doesn't have any prostaglandins in it which are harmful to your eyes. Its what I use and I love it!

My only takeway from this video is that mascara really works! How misleading to show bare BEFORE lashes and to embellish the AFTER photos with mascara! Shame on you!

Agree. Why on earth add mascara? I need genuine before and after pics. Their lashes, in all cases, looked just as I would expect them to look with mascara applied to the untreat ed lashes. Daft!

They don't look any longer after using the products for 6 weeks even WITH mascara in the After photos.

I'm using smart lashes( left eye) and Walmart (London eyelashes enhancer -right eye) both are working, I can see baby lashes growing.

most eyelash serums take time to work. Latisse and Fysiko, for example, say that first results will show at 4-6 weeks and full results at 16 weeks. If to do trial on Latisse or Fysiko for 3-4 weeks, you may not have any results and conclude that it doesn't work, which is not true... So, of course, it is understandable that 4 months for review seems liike long times, but this is the only way to provide truthful information.

Im surprised they didnt introduce talika liposcils eyelash enhancer. That product is #1's Best eye lash growth.

The only one I've used that worked well is Latisse. But you have to use it every day. Once you stop using it, the new lashes growing in will not be longer. It's too expensive to maintain.

If you don’t use mascara in the before images, then using it after doesn’t make sense, since just using mascara alone can enhance your lashes. How are we supposed to know if the serums did anything or it’s just the effect of the mascara? Dishonest results.

apply organic castor oil on your lashes before your bed time, you will see some great results, plus it is natural, no chemicals.

Yeah the mascara in the after is a NO for me also. Especially since my eye lashes are blonder at the ends so it’s hard to see there true length any way. But it should be before AND after. Not just after... come on

Did not see difference even with mascara!...only medicated serums like latisse work. but if you have really short eyelashes it will not give you the false lash effect but they will look better. The thing is that is expensive and dries the eyes very badly...I also got a little darkening in my eyelids.

The lady who used revitalash is correct about the hairs growing on the upper check near the eyes. It happened to me. This serum grew my lashes like grass after a rainy week😂 but seriously this serum worked wonders for me so those extra hairs is no problem, I just remove it🤷🏻‍♀️
