My wife passed away of breast cancer and the day she passed my son turned this song on at 5yrs old and today this song touched my heart. This hurt so badly the day she passed. As time went on it became a reminder of the love we shared and our special moments. It makes me cry but a good cry now. A cry that gives me the strength and appreciation for the time we had together. My love has a star named after her now and me and our son will always treasure the love we had.

June 5, 2020, my Dad got diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer. I cried, but my whole family and me thought strong and prayed everyday for him. But he passed away on January 21, 2021, 8 days before my 12th birthday. I will never forget him, he's in a better place now, and atleast he's not suffering more. Thx for reading :)

This is a good song for a wedding, or love story, or family life. I used this song when, I walked down the aisle, during my wedding ceremony on April 21st, 2024. I will always remember this song, and it is my wedding song, so it holds a special place in my heart.

This song was the reason why my then boyfriend now fiancé got back together. He and I were living in Houston Texas together. His mom couldn't live on her own anymore and he moved to Indiana to be with her. We were apart for about a year and a half then I made the move to go live with him in Indiana. That was probably the hardest thing I had to do. I come from a big Hispanic family, and he has a small family. Long story short. We are now engaged to be married. He actually proposed using song lyrics from this song along with other songs we love. He had me open presents on Christmas and he game me my ring. this song is really like my story. where I and my dad had to lose the woman we love so much, she was what I called "Mommy" my mom died because exposure to the corona virus while in charge of handling patients. it's so sad I couldn't meet my mom since 4 months ago because of a humanitarian task that demanded that my mom stay there. until the last seconds of the rest of her life I could not hug and even kiss her😖this song really struck me. For all of the people who have depression (If you don't just read the bottom half) : If you just sit in your room all day and listen to sad music, the pain will only feel worse as time goes by. The reason I know that is because I have depression too! To feel better you have to tell someone about your pain! It does not have to be your parents, grandparents, friends, siblings, Etc. Instead, you can pray to the lord. You don't have to talk out loud if you don't feel comfortable doing it, instead all you have to do is talk to him through your head. The lord can help you through anything, no matter how sad, angry, hurt, or depressed you feel. He is your all-mighty support person no matter what, and you can tell him anything! No matter what you going through, God can always make you feel better! He created you, and he loves you! He loves every race, every sexuality, everybody. He will love you no matter what, so it's not too late to love him back! I hope your feelings get better, and God bless you all! :)

I remember my mom who just died last december 16,2017 :( i really miss her

To me this video is about a family of three. The mother, father and daughter. One day the father is helping his daughter with schoolwork and the phone rings with the news that the mother died. He drops the phone and the daughter comes running over to see what is wrong. At that moment he realised how much him and his daughter needed her. After this they are alone and the father misses having her next to him at night and the daughter smells her perfume to remind her of her mother. They go back to the tree which they all spent time together and laughed and in the scenes on the beach they are mourning her and scattering her ashes. The male and female singing I think represents the father and daughter telling the mother in heaven how much they needed her and appreciated her. At the end I think he is imagining what he wanted to happen when he picked up the phone which was hearing her voice saying she would be back. Or another theory is that he is remembering what she said earlier that same day and wishing it was true. This is just what the video means to me you can interpret how you think x

This song gives me memories of my granny. Everyday I come to her house. I always said hi grandma. But before her funeral I went to her house and walked to where I always saw her. After her funeral I went home I got onto my bed and closed my eyes and said "Hi grandma. I miss your beautiful voice, your beautiful smile and your breakfast you always cooked me. And You went to many trips with us with my family and those trips were fun. I am going to bed now goodnight grandma"
