I like how Clarence pays attention to detail and says how he likes the house but doesn’t get overly too excited. He’s more so making sure everything is straight before he makes a decision. That’s exactly how my father was whenever he bought our new house

For 1.5 million the basement should be finished, and the backyard was small, I think it’s very nice, except those two things, I’d be a little scared about the balcony too, for the kids
The backyard is actually very big looked like a lot of land back there, but a lot of the houses in Ga come with hella trees that you have to cut down yourself.
This house makes so much more sense for y’all family than the house you’re currently in, in my opinion. So much space. Seems more safe for toddlers. I love it!

Queen can build the in home studio due to the fact that the basement isn’t finished. That bonus room could be for Clarence & his clothing. Now the backyard is something to think about because of the boys. There’s no room for them to really run & be kids

Your next house needs to be COMPLETELY move in ready, without any renovations... backyard included. You shouldn’t spend that type of money on a new house.....then move in.... then gotta spend more money on renovations.

I think the first house had the perfect back yard if she wants something big with a big back yard she would want to go out of the city and go more in the country side
I love that home, very bright and open. The absolute only things I dont like is no backyard space for the kids, no pool that you both seem to perfer and if you spending 1.5 million you dont need to be having to finish any basement
I was going to initially say "no" to this house simply because of the backyard and the "pool" area. But that house is absolutely gorgeous. So as a homeowner... make sure you ask enough questions about the yard and the back yard. Ask if any animals get in your yard. I see that you all are near a wooded area... so if animals are near, do you have a secure fence? How often do animals get into your yard? Have they gotten into the house... squirrels, opossums, and raccoons are treacherous. Also, I'm sure you can afford it, but just as an FYI, keeping up a pool can be VERY EXPENSIVE. And it looks like what was in that back yard used to be a pond so to transform it into a pool can also be expensive. If you want to transform it to a pool, contact a pool person first to see if it can be done. Clare is right about the backyard space for the kids. However, you all are doing great about your house hunting skills. Great job!
The house is Nice and spacious...but I think Clare meant “that’s not what they wanna do” cuz who wanna pay someone’s else’s Mortgage all their life...the goal is to Own your Own Home...that way nobody can tell you nothing you can even renovate on your own and expand to your own will ,sale it for your price,it’s yours...I think y’all should do it y’all deserve it...can’t wait to see what y’all decide.
You can get a large house for half the price and look just as good. Save the other half of the money. In these times you can't get to comfortable spending large sums of money to quickly. Before you can get comfortable something happens to your finances to where you can't afford the lifestyle that you are living the size of you family is small. The house is to large and it's not finished. The yard is to small and it needs some work as well. Be financially intelligent without going over board. My advice is to look at more houses. Something else to keep in mind. A lot of home owners when shopping around for a house want a Feng Shui layout. A huge thing to keep in mind when looking at houses is that you never want your stairs to face directly towards the door (entryway). That means that your letting all of your wealth out. Feng Shui is definitely something to read up on. It has a lot to do with where certain things are placed in your home and positive energy.
Shit i love that house. The bathrooms the closet spaces, that pantry, the nature scenic hallway/room, the balcony above the living room, 2 toilets in the master bathroom that’s in its own cubicle. Everything omg. Turn the attic room with the stairs into a studio 😍. Studio upstairs the engineering area down stairs

That attic got a hella potential. Could make it a man cave, party/kickback/studio, could make it a dope ass closet full of clothes & shoes, a dope ass library, cinema room first level with snack & poster & shit like that & 2nd level that’s the movie theatre or even a room full of future Grammys awards & other important shit that mean sumn to you etc.

THIS HOUSE IS WONDERFUL THE BASEMENT CAN BE YOUR IN HOME STUDIO QUEEN!!!!!!! And of course it’s little things that would have to be children friendly like the backyard around the pool some gates but LORDY THAT PLACE ITS BEAUTIFUL

My dad owns property and something I’ve learned is you can always negotiate things to be done prior to buying and or the price. You should also have a inspection done to make everything is in good standards with the home so your not walking into a money pit.
And that looks like a money pit. Basement is not finished and they talking about adding a swimming pool which will also consist of cutting down all those trees up top then leveling out the land to open up the back yard for pool and playground. Nope too much work for newbys. They both said they know nothing about "house stuff" in a video they did regarding their current place they staying in. So this is an even bigger project.
