Yoga will really humble you I didn’t realize how tight my hips and thighs was since I mainly weight lift boy I am not as flexible as I thought I was 😂😂 my hamstrings said “bitch please” 💀 I love how professional she was because I wouldn’t be able to take this seriously.

This reminds me of the time BTS tried flying/aerial yoga and Jimin was the model student😂😂 Except in this case, it was Nate for the most part. Him managing to hold get jnto and hold that split (even if it was for like a second😂) was impressive. Kadeem getting the pose at 9:33 on the first try had me surprised!! In a good way. Like, okay, that fast??😂😂 Then him being confused as to how the rest held their toes...then almost immediately figuring it out nearly killed me😂😂 And the way Nick held the hand stand, and the core strength needed to keep the pose was amazing. And him at 16:20 was hilarious😂😂😂 Also, not him "bringing integrity to the spine"😂😂 Ya'll did great! She did not spare you guys from the way you all ended up sweating😂😂
