His career spans 32 years which is a great amount of time when you think about it: covering 2 or 3 generations of people. I hope he realizes too how many teens, adults and kids he's entertained and inspired over three decades. It's quite impressive. Childhood can be a scary and lonely place and his comedy and adventure films help us all escape that anytime we watched his movie. I too hope he knows and remembers that as it's easy to feel lost and unappreciated in Hollywood.
