This home is absolutely mind blowing. It is a masterpiece. 10/10. When I think about my dream home, this is exactly the kind of building Im after, all about angles, heights, textures, lighting, indoor/outdoor spaces.... stunning. Although, living in Atlantic Canada, where we get lots of snow, a home like this might prove to be challenging. 🤣
I just have one question about these multi-million dollar mansions. We often see the patio/outdoor spaces having elegant furniture to sit and dine. But during rains/storms/hails, doesnt this furniture gets ruined??
@@pongpong123able4they usually hire property managing firms. Kinda like subscription services. You will need to pay a predetermined amount of money and the firm will take care of it all even if you are in another of your house. But privacy gets a huge toll. Like I wouldn't want anybody to go through my stuff when i am not home!!
OH MY GOODNESS!!! The lines in this home were amazing! And I cannot believe how much the outdoors was brought INSIDE... it was like they were the SAME THING!!! That lowest level would be my everyday space!! I'd move the master Bedroom down there... it just felt so cozy and comfy, like the rest of the world didn't exist. And you can tell one of the kids spends their time mostly down there because they left the TV on when they were leaving. lol It is SUCH A SHAME that we couldn't see the home at night. I bet it would just make the home 12 times better! But I understand that there is a family currently living there, so I wouldn't think they'd give up their home all day AND night. It didn't even feel like a home tbh, it felt like a luxury hotel!!! There were SO MANY private spaces just to sit down and and relax with someone while you catch up with an old friend. And the whole time you'd be in complete privacy even with 25 other people in the home too. lol THANK YOU ENES!!! GREAT VIDEO!!! MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!
This is crazy architecture. The interior kinda feels like you're in a mall. The outdoor areas are very well laid and the pools are wow. Thank you so much Mr. Enes
Absolutely loved this property!! The courtyards by far my favorite parts! And all the level changes and how everything connected. One my favorites in a while.
This is absolutely amazing, I never imagined a house that could be this beautiful. The creativity of indoor-outdoor living is phenomenal and I love how well it corresponds with the environment of Las Vegas. The functionality is also something that stood out to me in this home, the way the family room is right next to the pool, so you can have a conversation with someone who's inside while you're in the pool. Also, the way there's those outdoor areas inside, like the fish pool, the outdoor shower with grass before the bedroom, the first entrance that leads you to a bridge and a sitting area, the opening in the middle of the house, I love it. By far one of my favorite houses you've showed.
You and Mikey are as professional as any two guys i've ever seen. Attention to detail is great, you seem to answer questions the viewer has about each room and oddity we see just before we ask it in our minds. A lot of work has to go into these showings, it's really an experience i find mind boggling , so Thank you!
Vegas doesn't have that location premium in the price that the other California mansions he shows do. $14 Million stretch more in Vegas than in California.
@@douglasrdebarros it will be interesting to see if that changes in the post pandemic era. People are used to being remote, and a CEO might not need to be in California to go into an office if the whole company is remote. There are big tax advantages in Vegas.
@@thebabbler8867 only 600k pp living in LV, meanwhile in LA there are 4M pp. Even a kid can understand why LA is much more expansive than in LV. I'd say LV is overpriced since there are not many opportunities to start a new life as compared to in LA where they have lots of companies and offices located. In LA, you have everything: Huge, skyscrapers, nice weather, excellent schools, jobs, beaches, green spaces (Orange county), and much more.
having the same thought..so many open spaces, the house is giving hotel/Shopping complex vibes. i bet who ever buys the house may need a full week or two to master every corners of the House. a burglar can even get lost while attempting to break in to the house
This tour was next level with the listing agent! He had a great energy and made the tour a tiny bit more amazing. Question: is this house in the same neighborhood as the blue herring house? That house is my favorite 😍
I only have two words for this house , simply amazing. The exterior is indeed eye catching and loving the indoor outdoor feel. Thanks for the upload Enes.
I love the architecture of this house, the way everything is connected together and the pool close to your family room is crazy cool. The outdoor shower in the primary room is something I love the most. Thanks Enes for all the amazing tours.
The outside features are amazing there’s so much to do outside with the 3 pools and all the outdoor seating and man those views from each level floor are just stunning great tour Enes👍🏼
I love all of the private indoor outdoor spaces -- this is a feature more homes should have. The benefit of being outdoors combined with the benefit of complete privacy -- a perfect feature.
I'm all the way in South Africa and your Las Vegas tours make me want to move there. The architecture that Las Vegas homes have is so beautiful and bold. I am in love.
you know you're in Las Vegas when you see all those white jet trails in the sky - also Picasso would be impressed with the cubism style of this BRILLIANT house - everything is just so rectilinear, in fact a couple of Picasso paintings would suit this house to the tee
You guys are showcasing amazing locations all around the world. I know that takes a lot of time and money. I really appreciate all that effort for our viewing pleasure. Great job guys.
My new favorite house. Everything is wonderful. Modern yet warm and cozy...great textures and landscaping and water features. Seems large and small at the same time. Livable and inviting. ❤️
This isn't Gene Simmons from KISS' mansion is it? Looks familiar and I recall he is trying to sell it for much much less than it originally cost. Apparently the family doesn't want to stay in Vegas anymore after he just got it completed... Incredible home this is. You are hitting home runs with recent videos.
This year for me personally was definitely not the easiest just as for many others I guess and I'm thankful that we've got such YT creators as Enes and the team who make it possible to completely switch the mind to this great content and take a little break each week. Have great Holidays!
Maybe it would be fun to do a behind the scenes episode? Let someone follow you guys so people can see how much work it is to get these episodes ready and done :) happy holliday!
It is one the most beautiful house I've ever seen (the other property I liked was the one located in Colorado). It represents a genius architectural design. It is amazing how the different parts are connected to each other and how the interior of this house is connected to the outside area. The designer has taken care of every single space. I love it. Thank you for sharing this piece of art with us.
I have never seen a house this beautiful. All the integrated stone, dark surfaces, much light and water. It is so modern and beautiful. Love it. I buy it one day
One of the most underrated features in Multi-Million Dollar Homes of this overall size is the layout. Layout is Key! A good organized layout that is structured around comfort and ease of access, is sometimes better than the actual location of the lot an architecture of the property.
definitely one off the most interesting houses you have toured so far it's absolutely incredible and all that for 13 million you wouldn't even get half off that in Los Angeles 😉
Enes you are the best. this mansion is simply perfect for most of people on this comment, thats why my wife and I decided to buy all the design and plans with interior, exterior materials, add 2more bedrooms and hammam, sauna and basketball to build inour country. thanks so much Enes and grettings to the architect and Iven for this diamond. Viva USA and TURKY
This is one of the best mansions I’ve seen on here. The indoor/ outdoor design is sick man just incredible I normally don’t like these modern mansions but this one is sweet.
Wanna hear something crazy? Hah! When I got my home in vegas built few months ago(Still building as of writing this comment) the layout, features and everything I can afford, all ideas came from watching Enes videos. I have been a big fan of enes. Funny part was I dont know how to design a home. So I took a screen shot of the land I bought and edited that photo off of my iphone. 😅 i was drawing squares and circles and showed my builder. I showed him all the home tours I have saved from watching these vids.
For a house with everything having square corners, its fantastic in its design, so many areas of angles casting shallows its so beautiful with its spacious design, so futuristic, yet so well integrated into its natural surroundings. stunning and beautiful.
by far my favorite house! i love the different levels and the indoor-outdoor feeling! And I love the way Enes shows it, makes me feel like I live in that house😆 Can't describe how much I love this chanel😁
I just wanted you to know how much I enjoy and appreciate you and Mikey and the way that you conduct yourselves in these videos. I (accidentally) clicked on another similar type of video with another host and turned it off within the first five minutes. He was so arrogant and pompous, like he deserved to live in a place like the one he was showing, and I couldn't handle it. You are so appreciative of the opportunities to share these homes and always treat the homes with respect. You and Mikey make such a great team, and he helps to make sure that nothing gets missed as you tour the homes. Wishing you the best for 2022!
My favorite thing about enes is that he does cut out any hallways so people like me who can't buy these houses can also get the full in-mind experience of the house ... thx enes ! Love from India 🇮🇳
I came for Casimiro. Your videos are wonderful, your channel is amazing, keep up the perfect work you do. Affectionate Brazilian hugs to you. ❤️❤️🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷
Wow! I really like the dining room on the first floor there with the giant equine mural--so creative and very lascoux-esque! I also love the blue agate table!
Enes my dear brother!!!! I think you should add this listing agent to your team. You guys were just amazing together. Two different style of presenting and yet flawlessly executed. You are just so calm and certain in you ability to connect that you graciously make everyone around you shine. You sir, are on top of your game. I also believe having a master class on how to present and connect with your audience would be as successful as this current channel. So many people would benefit from it. Amazing!!!!
Absolutely the most beautiful architectural design of a home. Here in Texas, that home would go for $25M's easy. Love thos home. Every area of it looks functional and enjoyable.
What amazing architecture and style. A stunning house and our favourite so far. Thanks Enes from Australia for a great channel! We just recently came across your channel. It’s my 7 year old sons favourite channel and may just be an architect in the making.
