This house is as progressive as Ruto with all of its modern touches. The front door is very beautiful as well as all of the interior doors which I don't think you mentioned. I love the hallway lights but I don't think you showed them off. The master bath is lovely with that cute dolphin faucet. The progressiveness, however, stopped with the other bathrooms. I guess you have to have some hiccups somewhere😅. All in all it's a very nice house👍🏼

Kitchen and guest rooms looks abit small love the fact that there are all ensuite thou. 12M could finish a little bit better but staging a house showcases more and sells faster in my opinion

Nice home, great finishing…. However what you didn’t cover is accessories to the house… proximity to city, highway, national park, airport, shopping mall, supermarkets, hospitals, schools , other neighbors of same caliber, internet, etc… 12million buyer wants more than interiors finishing. This is where gated communities win coz all neighbors agree on most things.

12 m in nakuru 🥺 a bangalow not even a manshion 8m will be ok but if it was in nairobi its alright

Beautiful but the TV unit area should be on the opposite side for easy arrangements of your sitting area.

My honest but maybe stupid opinion. Excellent exterior yes. But, developers need to understand that people wants good interior spacing. Those bathrooms are too squeezed. Why squeeze the rooms for parking expense? Just a silly question. A good home needs a spacious bathroom for owners to relax while releaving themselves.🤣🤣🤣🤣

Too ambitious with the pricing.... There is no reason whatsoever to price that house at 12 million... Worse still it's a hidden roof!!

I like Nakuru. But that house will not attract a 200% markup profit for KES.12M 😮. Re-consider your appraisal. Financial advice: * Rent the place for KES.40K for 10 years or better yet advice the owner to save a few bucks by living in his/her own home for 10 years 😅 and then sell it for KES.8.5M
