One of our favorite places to stop for food is Buc-ees. They have everything you could ever need while on the road. We took the camera this time and the place was packed with people.
I enjoyed your tour of Buc-ees. Until today I had never heard of this business. It is very impressive. You two are are very entertaining. You are both personable, funny and attractive. I owned a Class C Tioga for 25 years and had my share of problems but my coach was not as complex or complicated as the modern ones are. My original goal after I retired was to travel the United States in a high end motor coach until I heard some travel horror stories and after watching your entertaining videos, they only succeeded in reaffirming my decision to travel the U.S. in a reliable SUV and stay in decent hotels/motels. Sounds a lot cheaper, less frustrating and more reliable in the long run. To each his own. Keep up the great work!
Not sure how things are now, but when we headed out of Florida heading to the west in April we bought our diesel at Buc-ee's at every opportunity. It was $0.50/gallon cheaper than the truck stops and when you're putting in over 50 gallons at every stop it saved us quite a bit. Sometimes it's a bit tough getting the motorhome and truck we are towing in there but so far we have managed.
Great video... You guys are awesome. Great sense of humor with the Game Carrier and the Wildlife feeder... I wish there was a Buc ees on the West Coast, either Washington, Oregon, or CA
A new 53,000 sq. ft. Buc-ee's is due to open in December '23 near Springfield, Missouri. With at least 10 trucking company terminals nearby off of old Route 66 that runs parallel to I-44, no big trucks are allowed on Buc-ee beaver's lot.
Buccee’s is always a fun place to stop, relax, stock up and chill out. Not sure, but I think I saw you rig towing the Jeep on 635 W in Dallas on a Wednesday or Thursday around 4PM
I have never been to this store. Thanks for showing it to me… i live in Seattle so we don’t have one. Safe travels… please come to the Pacific Northwest.
I had never heard of Bucee’s (sp?) until a few months ago. I’ve never even seen one, much less visited one. I’ve heard they have great brisket sandwiches!
You two are a hoot! You've turned your carefree lifestyle into a creative video that half love and half despise.... yet they all watch! Very clever! I applaud you and so does Maddison Avenue. As P.T. Barnum once said... "The only bad publicity is NO PUBLICITY"!!! And you two have struck gold. F.W. Woolworth said in 1887... "No-one ever lost any money underestimating the intelligence of the American People". You are proving him right with every installment!!! Keep it up!!!
The largest Buc-ees to date has opened in TN on I-40 at the exit into Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. In Feb I was in Daytona and I'm thinking I counted 38 large ice storage boxes around the building.
Was this the buccees in Springfield MO? I just visited there on my last fishing trip. The brisket sandwiches are to die for! I love the dress too! You're a lucky man!
After watching you videos, just started,I would ask you to review how you use the camera for picking up sound (the talk between you both and sometimes the noisy backgrounds drown out what you are saying . Using microphones is probably the best option to creat food sound content ,just thought I'd mention it . Watched you walking through your new property, that's a big challenge, will be interesting to see how that all turns out. The new RV ,how's that working out ,as I'm trying to catch up on the videos ? Hope to your journey of different places ,it's my way of seeing America, without having to travel there. Many RVers have RU-vid channels and I see many places with them ,so different things are always interesting. There is always change happening with RVers , things change ,life and circumstances change ,so it's interesting to see how different folk deal with life on the road . Wishing you well and safe on the road and with the home . With the Boat house ,the RV,and that huge basement, you could put up many people lol,you have options ,dungeon stays ,mancave stays ,all sorts of themes come to mind .🤗
OK. 1, you mentioned Tasty Kakes, and that's a Philly regional thing. So where are you 2 from? 2 Angie, thank you for wearing cork wedges, in the Flip Flop state, and girl you make that dress sing! It's fun watch grown men looking away a quick as they can, as not to stare, and women thinking, "I could look that good. (if I didn't have 3 kids from 4 Baby Daddies, and didn't live on Pork Rinds)" 3, You guy need the one piece Bucky's Adult size Bucky footie Pajamas with the head/hood, . They even have a tail. 4. What did you 2 end up eating?? Stay safe, and healthy out there. W
This was cool. You're getting close to "my neck of the woods" (when I'm home). The sandwiches are worth stopping... and I drive a Tesla (don't need gas). Roasted nuts. Fountain drinks. Ice... TONS of stuff. Rock on! [guitarist in Australia]
Thanks for your posting concerning the horrible treatment you received from American Coaches, the interior looked pretty upscale , but the customer care was very poor.
I liked the way you did the video in a busy place. It seemed like you intentionally kept the camera down and didn't stick the camera in peoples face. Good job, I enjoyed the video.
I’ve been to a Bucees before. But I drive a semi that’s like an RV and they kicked me out. Back to the wonderful truck stop food…. You know, disgusting pizza, wings, and soy burgers. They used to have meatballs on a stick but I guess it was too expensive to make lol.
I would love to take an RV trip with a girl like her! Luxury RV with leather seats, woodgrain trim, and a really comfortable BED if you know what I mean!😈
Ngl buckees is like the place you don't want to be recorded in. I once saw a 10 in a very tight red dress and spent 30 minutes staring at clothes in a clothes rack that didn't fit me waiting to turn back into a bipod so I could leave without knocking everything off the counters. For some reason it's always at a damn buckees as well.
