We finally tried the first class AC train in India for 15 hours. Ultimately, we choose the Duronto Express train from Mumbai to Jaipur. Jaipur is our first destination in Rajasthan. This video is a full review of first-class AC in India.

@@hzd74d1 No not just for first class, even for sleeper and general class conditions have improved a lot. And it's not the government, it's the travelers the ruin the train. Some people really behave like pigs. I have gotten stares when I have gotten up to throw my trash in the Dustbin, instead of just leaving it or throwing it out of the window. How can we expect to get similar service to first class, when we pay peanuts? Do you know government subsidizes almost 50% of your fare in sleeper class. There have been times when I have paid more to auto to get to the station than on ticket to travel between two States. Usually you get what you pay for, except in Indian Railways, where you may get more than that

This couple seem to have a very positive vibe and I'm glad they're having a nice experience in India. I went there once and found the people to be very nice and hospitable. I find that most European and American couples, as well as single travellers, whether male or female, enjoy their time in India and have a nice experience. Unfortunately, I came across one video on RU-vid of a Chinese girl from Taiwan who went to India and pretended she was assaulted. It's unfortunate there are people like her who lie in order to draw attention to themselves and the videos they post. Let's hope we see more videos like this Belgian couple.

Hey! You should call the attendent by pressing button. Then he would be prepare your bed, you need not to prepare your bed. This facility is given by Indian railways to its first ac class passengers.

It's costy but not for foreigners, even foreigners are provided subsidized reservation tickets by Indian Railway

Once I went to Goa from Mumbai with friends and a white woman who was sleeping in the upper birth of a 3 tier AC woke up like a dead body from a grave and started reading her magazine. After 5 minutes she went back to sleep. We later realized she wanted to maybe check our demeanor, if we were there to abuse her or con her. LOL. White people feel so uncomfortable among Indians.

Duronto has LHB coaches which are the new ones indian railways is deploying with better suspension and ride quality while the other trains you took consist of older ICF coaches.

Kristyna & Romain dont mention! Look for rajdhani, shatabdi and duronto when travelling via trains. They will most likely have such comfortable coaches.

If Not Rajdhani or Duronto, there are now AC Expresses, and new LHB coaches with sleeper class too. Slowly all old coaches will be converted to LHB

as a matter of fact entire Rajasthan is worth seeing yet Jodhpur, Bikaner, Jaipur, Mount Abu [ Hill Station] , Jaisalmer, Chittorgarh are few place you must/ should see.take care & best of luck dear

We’re currently in Jodhpur, going to Jaisalmer tomorrow and after Bikaner 😊 Jaipur was amazing! We missed mount Abu and Chittorgarh but we céda it by bus. We did some mistakes in planning but we cannot see everything. At least we have excuse to come back 😊

Nice video with sharp finishing. Thanks for uploading. It's recommended to leave the AC compartment and stand behind the gate before 10 minutes of deboarding the train, the sudden exposure of outer heat and high temperature may end up leaving one sick. !! Otherwise the train journey is always awesome.

Welcome to India. Thank you very much for visiting India. In Indian culture, there is a word in Sanskrit language "Atithi Deva Bhava"; which means, a guest is (like) God. A guest should be treated like a God. But unfortunately some people misbehave with guests(foreigners). It's a very shameful matter for us. You said, the fare was 9000 rupees. Was it for a single ticket, or for both of you. Yes 1st class A/C tickets in some of the Indian trains are too costly; common people, like myself can't afford it. Our Bullet Train project is in progress. I would like to invite you to come to India and take a ride on it, when it gets completed

If you book tickets for two you have high chances that you will get 2 person compartment. Railways makes it sure that couple get 2 person compartment.

India changed a lot. It was unthinkable 20 years ago. India made so much progress in a very short time. A/C anything was like a dream and now Just like western countries. My experience with doronto staff was awesome....I was travelling from new Delhi to dhanbad...I missed my mobile phone on my birth itself...I made contact with tc in the train and they sent me my phone by the first train next day...at dhanbad station

Enjoyed your train trip. If you visit Bikaner, I recommend Hotel Jaswant Bhawan, very close to train station, nice food.

Place to visit in Rajasthan (my choice) 1)Mount Abu's JAIN TEMPLE (for sure u'll be loving the architecture.) 2) new shri Sanwaliya seth temple (at present it is under construction but worth visiting). 3)umaid bhawan palace. 4)sambhar jheel (natural salt lake) 5)Ranthambore.

Haven't tried Duronto so far. Runs between all major Indian cities. Also, never the first class. Preferred second class air-conditioned sleeper berth. But after this video, would like to try Duronto I class! Never knew Indian railways had so much to offer!

i am from rajasthan and i want to recommends some cities in rajasthan- 1. Jaipur (Capital) 2. Jodhpur 3. Udaipur 4. Jaisalmer ( Well know fore Desert with Camel safari and night camping etc.) 5. chittorgarh 6. Mount Abu 7. Some National Parks are there like Ranthambore, Sariska You must visit these places. they are so cool and awesome and trust me you will love these places. All these place have rich History. There are hostorical forts and many other natural beauty to see.

Don't b that partial guys, it's 6th largest economy growing at a good pace. I once visited Czech Republic, Ostrawa and it was amazing. And then in Prague, there were lots and lots of castles and the iconic tourist spot The Charles Bridge. Man you gotta visit this beautiful country. And thats the place where I had my first Subway
