I visited Catalina Island back in 1994. Golf carts are the only transportation. We stayed at a bed n’ breakfast near the Wrigley House. 🏝️

Omg! The island is beautiful. Oddly Carnival does a cruise there. They circle the island over night and then port. It’s pretty cool. ❤😊 Hubby and I loved it!

Yes, I’ve been to Catalina Island 3 times. The last time was June 2022 for my Birthday. stayed overnight. Isn’t it beautiful! Fun fact Back in the day…Catalina Island was a part of many High School’s Graduation end of the year package. 😊AKA “Senior Fling”

yes, I knew about Catalina Island. My parent got married there back in the 80’s. Between there and Tijuana we spent a lot of time when I was a kid going to both when I lived in San Diego. Also, it’s “MF’ing the Catalina wine mixer bitches” - step brothers since ya’ll are movie fans.

not sure how this video got in my algorithm or why i clicked on it. but, if you guys are serious about camping, you were in the perfect place for first time long distance hikers and campers. The trans-catalina trail is on catalina island and has a few (5 or so) camping sites. I would recommend little harbor campsite, which is an 18 or so mile hike from Avalon, but a shuttle bus will take you there, if you aren't up for the hike.

You didn't even see the buffalo that Rome wild on that island. On the other side of the island which is more remote. There is also a history of that island with movie stars who use to live and frequent that island that so many people have know clue is even there!
