9:56 Hard disagree; it is a matter of tongue calibration as well. If you bombard it with extreme flavours all the time, subtle ones usually become undetectable over time. Also goes with temperature (habit to drink too hot / cold).So if you eat too spicy, too sweet / salty etc., they eventually dull down.
