Juice cleanses are definitely tough, I think I’d rather regular fast - I’ve never tried a juice cleanse before so 🤷‍♂️ what I do know is your parents are champs for trying it too. OG is a beast enjoying that beet one. That taco burger tho - yes 🥕🌮🌮🌮💜💜

I am fasting right now because of Ramadan it's completely different from how yall did it. During Ramadan Muslims fast for 30 days (with the exception of being sick, on medication, on your period, pregnant, old age, traveling, or you're a child) we fast from sunrise to sunset no eating no drinking (not even water) and idk it seems much easier and i don't get hungry sometimes i do get a headache.

I do a 4 day water fast 4 days outta the week, I love eating heavy and unhealthy, so I leave 3 days of unhealthy eating and 4 days of water fasting, only eating fruits when Im hungry during the 4 days and 2 gallons of water daily.

🥕🌮 I have juice cleansed plenty of times & beet juice is nasty but best for your heart & liver & blood flow. I also like spinach with a lil almond milk & handful of blueberries! When I have more time I'll comment the ingredients to my superman smoothie that's all natural energy drink & u can use it as a meal by turning it into a shake. Hope MA-DRA feels better 🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮 for for her feeling better & being added to a prayer list at my church!🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

I did it for a whole week, the first 2 days were horrible.. by the end of the week I wasn’t even craving anything I was in such a good mood, my insides felt great. Working out was a Challange the first 2-3 days though but my mind was clear and focused by the end of it.
