I'm actually a member of my school Lion dance team and the most basic thing we learn there is 马步 and we have to run around the basketball court to train out stamina, as well as some push ups and sit ups to warm up
I'm from a lion dance troupe :> its called long sheng if you don't believe moi and the "base" is at Bukit batok I have been in the troupe for 7 years and I haven't started on the lion head- and I'm 12 currently
my lil brother would be so scared of the lion dance every year and the drums are kinda loud too and me and my brothers would play lion dancing everyyear :D
Also, you’ll probably need the whole crew for it...and I suggest a flexible person (light and slim too!) to do the 龙珠 because that person has to be faster than everyone as well as be able to do some tricks. On my dance group, Im the only girl and also the only person younger than 20. (Im 14 btw) A tall strong person would be ideal for the head, and the tail is really important and hard, so a smart nimble person would be ideal for it as well! ❤️❤️❤️

i've done this before "-w- i learned this last year in year 4(when i was 10 years old), i didnt quite like it, i only learn how to play with the symbols or whatever u call them ;-; and it was tiring TwT but i learned some stuff sooooo .-.
