In today's vlog we head to the Wave Lake Nona Hotel to try a new restaurant, Nami. We were excited to try it and we tried a lot of menu items and Tim even tried some fish! Everything was great and we can't wait to go back! Then we head to the sculpture garden to check out the Ozmopolitan, Wicked themed pop up bar! There was live music, themed drinks and cool photo ops! that high note the singer hit on defying gravity was amazing. it is a hard note to hit and sustain. idina menzel had to sing it at the tonys with either strep or she'd just stressed her voice so much during the run of the show leading up to the tonys? i can't remember which it was but she was sick and still did her best to hit it. which is something that still astonishes me to this day. so many people would just go 'uh nah i can't do this someone else do it.' but she went 'no its happening.'

I'm with Jenn on seafood I love it. I am slightly funny about the way some things are cooked like octopus and squid but I enjoy them both when nicely prepared. I'm just wondering if Jenn has tried swordfish? If not I highly recommend it particularly if you loved Tuna steak. Well done to Tim for trying seafood too not being a fan. It will be interesting to see who out of Oliver and Jackson is the seafood fan.

I relate to Tim so much about his distaste for sea food. I know exactly what he means about the distinct taste. I have never liked any type of fish or sea food.. I have been told that not all sea food tastes the same, which is true, but there is this sort of background fishy taste to all of it that I just don't like. And any time I have liked it is when I drenched it in ketchup to mask that fishy taste. Literally for school lunches when it was popcorn shrimp day I had to put so much ketchup on it to eat it. I am a musical theater nerd and have a degree in the performing arts and I'm so excited for the Wicked movie. But I am also a little nervous because musical adaptions of late have been mediocre and I absolutely love Wicked. I hope you all are staying safe during the storms coming into Florida!
