This week we tried overlanding in Japan! A different form of van life - or is it camping?! Either way, it's been an adventurous dream of ours for a while now and we thought- what better country do experience it in other than Japan!
This powerful 4x4 could take us around any area of Japan with ease - so of course, we chose the mountains! Steeps hills and terrain, this was nothing for this Land rover defender 90.

You guys are the reason I went on a (solo) trip to France -Normandy. Rule your own world is been a great motto. Since then I’ve been to Croatia and this May I plan to go on a 6 week long trip through Italy. With my lovely dog, in the Hymer Camper that belonged to my grandparents.. which is way to big for solo traveling and most of my parked neighbors are 65+ so they look at me like wtf are u doing in that thing ( I just turned 30 haha)♥️ lots of love from the Netherlands

Absolutely loving this Japan 🇯🇵 series. You two are the literally best, so funny, kind and caring ! Some days I don’t feel myself and sometimes in such a weird place but you guy’s honestly make me feel so much better. Yes Amie we have been inspired to get out there, we are older with a disabled son so we ended up buying a motorhome or as you call them a washing machine or was it fridge lol anyway we have seen more of our homeland in the last 2 years than the previous 55 so we thank you !!

The monkeys remind me of being in the UK as a kid at a drive through type zoo where the monkeys ripped a soft top car in front of us to shreds. The soft tent with monkeys seems like a sketchy combo to me 😂.

Apples, blueberries, raspberries, mango on my Italian salad, yum...and since I can't have lettuce I use cabbage. Experiment the flavors are wonderful. Mix it up!!❤😊

Yes lads, glad you got the map on the go. We felt the exact same in Kiyotsu gorge, that music creeped us out big time 🤣🤣That fox place looked like it would hurt my heart to witness, looks great in photos but in reality it seems brutal ❤️‍🩹 That vegan cheese is the 💣 we literally rolled it into little cheese balls as a snack. Believe it or not... we were with our 9 months old baby at that same river just a couple of weeks ago!!! Fly fishing and swimming in frigide water. Nikko National Park is one of our favorite in Japan. I would also recommend that you go hike Oze national Park. It is absolutely beautiful this time of the year.

Sailing La Vagabonde a few weeks the hubby got bit by one very agressive monkeys and now he has to take some nasty rabid shots. I put honey crisp apples in my salad. Really appreciate the TIME you take to create those drone videos you insert in your videos. Photographer and I love taking pictures of shadows at the end of video that dancing with the shadows included in the tunnel was on another level

What a fun, beautiful and amazing adventure. Thank you for bringing us along. I was just thinking to myself the other day, "Myself, I say we have lived in the absolute best years". In my youth there was no internet and running, playing, adventuring out side was the only thing in town. Aww those Capybaras are calling CARPINCHOS in spanish, and they are so peaceful animals, in Argentina there is a neighborhood called Nordelta where people lives with a lot of capybaras around

I just priced a Land Rover Defender here in New England 2 weeks ago. A 90, which is the 2 door is 90$K, the 4 door is $110K or more depending on options?? Averaging 10 to 15 percent over MSRP. THAT is crazy! Glad U2 got to use one! Hilarious as always!
