I've visited the island once (over a decade ago) and tried the Kabritu Stoba. I loved it.

The very best restaurant in Curacao is called PURUNCHI. Make note of it because it is a hidden gem for authentic local food.

You should go to fish restaurants close to the ocean so it can be fresh. Plaza bieuw has mediocre food and you’d Should go somewhere else . There’s a beach called groot kenepa and next to it at the top there’s a woman selling snacks that are so good like : boiled peanuts in salt , deep fried bean paste (kala) best one btw and even more !
