This is a must visit attraction for Blackpool, Well Worth a visit and where else can you feed the family for £5 ...

This place is quality. I took my daughter, niece, and nephew to Blackpool last year. Pints of slush and hotdogs too. It really helped me with budget etc. Very grateful and I'll always be there whenever in town.

I used to work for a catering agency in Birmingham and I did a shift at Villa Park (a football stadium) selling hot dogs. The guy who acted as the hot dog "chef" said a single hot dog (+ bun) costs virtually nothing to make - I forget how much he said it was but it was less than 10p. So, yes, a £1 burger isn't a shock when you think about buying in bulk, etc. However, people are used to being ripped off at Five Guys and even McDonalds (to a much lesser extent), which is why a £1 burger might seem crazy. Personally, I'm never paying £15-20 for a burger and fries unless I have to. Prices are insane out there. And I don't mind paying good money for great food. The thing is that very often the quality is FAR worse than what the price suggests, which is why I'm usually disappointed and avoid eating out when I can.
