Acedeck makes a few production boards from 2199 to 2899 (Nomad N3 big battery and NYX z3) Also got a couple of smaller production brands out like Radium's MachOne is selling for $3300. The summer boards up there for sure but definitely not the most expensive.
I think this may be my next big toy. I’ve had my boosted longboard for the last 5 ish years and have loved using it to bomb hills and learn switch in the off season. Last snowboard season I hopped off the lift, (was high as hell) tried switch, and said to myself “dude, you spent all summer on switch” and settled in to a proper switch weight transfer. After 12 years I feel I’m riding my best now (helps that I don’t have to “save myself” for college sports anymore). Summer always bums me out. I never see enough snow in the winter, despite living 3hrs from the Rockies (global warming has fucked the last few seasons). But I’m starting to enjoy longboarding almost as much as snowboarding. I think freeboarding is the next most obvious step. Appreciate your freeboard videos. Definitely convincing me, haha
This comment is great, and I'm so glad the videos helped you discover these sports! I think you'll inevitably love the Summerboard but I would highly recommend learning to Freebord first if you have hills nearby! That way when it feels awkward learning you wont have spent as much, then once youve learnt the Summerboard will be 100x more fun. Let me know how it goes! 🤙
Looks like you have fun with the Summerboard :) I mean its more comfy because you can ride it everywhere and get more time on the board like you mentiont :)
I think keeping up with the 5X until you can do spins both frontside and backside with decent speed, then both side shifties. Once you can do that then you should seriously think of getting one! Learning to the max on the Freebord first is the way imo. 🤙
@@easy_riders Thanks for the Tip :) I can do 360 spins front side now. Still improving them and grinding with higher speed. Backside 360 are kinda strange still. And Shifties nahhh, i kinda have to much pressure and lose to much speed. But good to know. But i dont have money for this :/ so nevermind for now but good to now :)
If you already have bindings from a freebord, will they also fit the summerboard? I am thinking it would knock a significant amount off of the total price instead of bundling all of the extra accessories I probably won't use. Also any thoughts on issues with sb1 vs the sbx? I am having trouble finding much info online about how they compare.
My most recent vid goes over SB1 vs SBX, Id probs get SBX. As for hooks, yeah they should work but ngl the freshies + padding for the hooks is pretty dope! 🤙
Click bait fake misleading title lack of knowledge tubester. what about the Mach one from radium boards or ridepropel X4R or M Boards Endurance 2.0+ , just three examples I could keep on going. Thumbs Down.
