@@chrishart8548 Not really. As long as both buyer and seller are happy and got what they wanted I wouldn't call it a con. Also there are cars that are cheaper in different regions, so you could let's say buy an SUV in London, fix it up, make it look great, then drive it up to Scotland and sell it there for a profit (if SUV are cheap in London and more expensive in Scotland, that is, both was just an example).
When the paintball guns came out that’s the first time Bruno properly smiled, he’s been sick of Alex’s shit for the passed couple of weeks and now it’s payback 😂
That’s actually a good looking car! Really shocked from the difference, from when you began pulling chunks off it. If only it had an engine twice as big...
Imagine a modified 2jz get or just stock it would have decent power I guess and a beefed up drive shaft and axle also imagine awd on it or 4wd if a 2jz actually fits in it and you can get one for not alot or you had a big budget because it must of cost abit to do this also add a working boost gauge
it's heavier the an old bug with a cast motor. All panels, roof and half the interior out, replaced by a 55kg frame and bigger wheels, I would guess 1080kg max but way more power than a carby bug
These 1.8vvti Toyota engines are fantastic! Powerful, revvy and endlessly reliable! It's a true jem of the early 2000s engines! Let's also not forget that this engine was not only used in purpose built sports cars like the MR2 and Celica but also in the big family cars like the Corolla verso and Avensis! It's a very versatile power unit!
@@jakeartis955 I’ve personally never heard of or (thankfully) experienced anything like that in my 2002 Corolla verso (same 1.8 engine) in fact it uses up very little oil. But I might be alone with that. Obviously if I had any mechanical problems with my car I wouldn’t go on about it’s reliability! In fact we’ve owned the car for 6 years now and put nearly 100,000 miles in it and it’s never gone wrong! Had the original clutch in it until recently! It’s a tank!
Today I'm feeling sad and depressed, this is the only channel i was able to watch now...my energy is so low, but you guys make fun videos, you're like old friends of mine, no matter how i feel I'll be happy to see you :')
One of the first things I noticed going from an all terrain tyre to a mud tyre was that they somehow splashed water up on the windscreen. Couldn't imagine that in an open top car with no doors....
Bruno did a brilliant job with lots of help from Jack. Short guy... not so much! 🤭 But seriously, awesome work lads. I certainly enjoyed this series and oh how I wish I was there with a paintball gun too! Proper fun!
I just totaled my 1997 Porsche 986 V1 Boxter (Still Drivable) however is no longer allowed on the street as an insured vehicle and it was given back to me by my insurance company for a mere $1000 now it is clear to me what has to be done!!! Who wants to help? First off in order to raise money I must (more carefully than you guys) remove unnecessary valuable body parts like doors interior etc to raise money for the build! I will do a video of our build similar to yours! I only have my MR2 left as a driver so I believe it’s fitting that another midship build should be in order but upping the ante with a Porsche!!! Thoughts? Comments?
Cage needs extending over the front wheels to the front "bumper" for more rigidity. You could always fit saddle bracket joints so this section can be removed if you need to gain access. Awesome build, though. It's got me thinking that I need one of these in my life. I wonder if it would work on a Z3 ?? 😜👍
probably the manliest video ive seen on youtube in a while, guys build off-road car, proceed to thrash off-road car around off-road circuit, then shoot at each other from the off road car with paintball guns for apparently no reason whatsoever. Quality.
Amazing, but Alex Jack please learn how to be a passenger crossed armed holding your harness.(unless you don't like your arms in Alex's case we know that's not true 😉)
I was happy when you let Jack drive, saw him before with the face like he really wanted to drive it. Then I saw his hand get fucked up and that looked ouch as hell.
This is just like the UK realistic version of an American RU-vid doing a JumpAcan at the moment in an exoskeleton ;) love it! What will Alex do next? 🤔
If the mr2 is going to the scrapyard I think you guys should take it to the green lane first, would be awesome to see it succeed where some of the past project cars/ cheap cars have met their match
just for anyone else in the US, 45Kg is basically 100lbs. gotta say, i'd like to get a hotwheels version of this thing. It's pretty sick with the staggered wheels and the exo-cage is awesome too.
Hotwheels HAVE to make a version of this car... For being a relatively low powered vehicle with such rotating mass on each corner.... That "MR2-XR" REALLY did great!!! 🤔😂😂😎🇬🇧
Id love to see at the end of these videos them taking their cars for an MOT just to see how many things it would actually fail on. Kinda like a competition to get the longest list of majors, minors and advisories
Looks like a blast. Please weld a grab handle for the passenger inside the roll cage. Grabbing the top bar in a roll over will amputate your hand. Now go do this to a rusted out RX8.
