Yes, ChatGPT 3.5 is still free to use. It's actually a matter of choice. Personally, I prefer to use ChatGPT because Bing occasionally interrupts ongoing conversations, which can be frustrating and affect productivity.

@@Educraft got it. Bing started using 4-turbo a couple of months ago, I noticed a difference.
