There’s definitely going to be a season 4, with the amount of unanswered questions and cliffhangers they left us on with a few of the plot points it’s as good as confirmed, stuff like Jean and Jakobs dna test, the fate of moordale, who is Otis going to end up being with (I really hope it’s Ruby and Maeve is in America and Emma Mackey is rumoured to be leaving so fingers crossed), and the fact that they split up basically every single couple and the ones they left together are either just insignificant or plain weird
@@ir0ngamer393 how are ola and lily insignificant? And also, the DNA test wasn’t really a cliffhanger. From jeans reaction it was clear that Jakob wasn’t the father
@@lehonk6026 I didn’t say the test itself was a cliffhanger, like you said it was obvious the father isn’t Jakob but I’m saying it didn’t tell us who was, and as for ola and lily they just don’t have much relevance to the main plot anymore, the only thing you could say is because ola is Jakobs daughter and he is part of it that means she is too but that’s just lazy, when was the last time those 2 directly did anything to affect the outcome of the main overarching plot? The last time I remember them being at all relevant was when they said about how they told everyone about Otis and Ruby hooking up, apart from that pretty much everything they did in season 3 was only related to their own subplot
Almost everyone playing their own personality 😅 You should watch Connor's (Adam) recent interview. There you'll get idea how Connor & his Character Adam seems so related!
@@reignydaphne also Mimi likes fashion and has a strong presence like Ruby, Emma Mackey is very clever and is good at giving arguments like Maeve, Asa embarasses himself and is mellow like Otis, etc. I think that's the reason why they were casted, because they could give a very credible and high quality performance of their respective characters
@@shaunduquette5992 especially how it got worse lol like at first you could see what he tried to convey then as he kept panicking, the situations he would have gotten himself in would have gotten more and more awkward lol
After I saw Ruby and Otis, it felt like Otis and Maeve had no chemistry at all. I was a fan of Otis and Maeve at the start but now I have switched sides.
I think it's interesting both Ruby and Maeve like to put on a facade of meanness to scare people off, but also to protect themselves. there's a reason why Otis is able to get into both these characters' hearts
True but I think the difference is that Ruby puts up a facade because she was embarrassed of who she truly was. She didn’t want people finding out about her life situation so she pretends to be someone else. While Maeve puts up a facade because she didn’t want to let people in and get hurt along the process.
@@mikaelagomez3430 I think Ruby also puts up a facade not just because she's embarrassed but also because she doesn't want to get hurt, similarly to Maeve. Otis was the first person she introduced to her dad and said I love you to romantically and he hurt her deeply. her character is so multifaceted and very giving and loving despite the cold front she puts up
Why did Rotis end on such a rushed note? They are perfect for each other and hopefully become cannon in season 4 The part where Ruby admitted her feelings for Otis and her rejection was completely heart breaking 😪
I agree that it ended on a rushed note but I do not want them getting back together. I think Ruby's arc was just about letting people in and otis did his part in that. He's way happier with maeve
I told myself I was going to take my time with this season so that I could enjoy it to the fullest... had it done in two days. 🤣 It is such a great show that I found myself saying "oh just one more" until it was done. We need season 4. Now! Haha
@@jordynsaeger4916 right make it S6 .. I think it's also cute when there's a child involved between Ruby and Otis. He adamantly said that he would take care both of them if Ruby got pregnant .. but not so soon though maybe in S5 lol I'm so hype I'm already thinking of s5 without having the S4 yet geez this SE got hooked real bad 😅
How close their character to their real personalities are unreal, that it scares me. I mean Otis has his awkward moments, and so is Asa. Eric is really confident with himself and so is Ncuti. It is cute and amazing at the same time it makes me feel bad to see them as their characters on Sex Education than see them as their own.
I totally agree with Aimee when she said that Mimi has the powerful presence. I mean watching this alone even when she's doing this video, she just somehow has this mysterious and strong presence just by looking at her on the video. 😅 It's really weird and fascinating feeling. She's something very special! ❤️ I know only one person in real life who has similar presence to her's but the person I know has more "light and sunny" presence, while Mimi's presence is just very mysterious and intriguing. I wish she will stay on this acting career for a long time, so that I can see more of her on the screen! For me a great and interesting actress/actor is already half a reason to watch a series/a movie. ❤️
The previous season's promos were better, probably because they weren't via Zoom. So Ncuti & Aimee are like each other. Would love to see their scenes together. This season we only saw Eric with his love interests, not fair. In fact this season was a bit disappointing because it focussed less on friendship and more on various complicated love interests. We like the romantic & sexual sides of the characters but please keep space for the friends too. For instance, most of Maeve's scenes were with Isaac in her trailer besides the angsty dialogue with Otis which was just boring. Missed the girl gang this season. And what's with Otis going back and forth between different women, Maeve Ola Ruby. Maeve and Otis' characters have no development.
Emmas leaving the show that’s why Maeve went too America also why Ruby and Otis were highlighted so much this season because that’s the couple going foward
@@gubbed9915 well it is goodbye too Emma being on the show didn’t you see they didn’t even kiss goodbye they just hugged that’s all. Those scenes are for closer for her character Emma wants too move on in the interview she said “I can’t be 17 forever”
I think she just looked slimmer, that's why her facial details are a bit more _detailed_ now compared to the previous seasons. Plus what's up with her tan though 😅
@@lizarmstrong6695 It has nothing to do with her hair, it's about her face in general. Like I said her facial lines & cheekbones are more prominent now compared to the previous seasons, which is usually a clear sign of being slimmer. Not that it was really bad, since she's still beautiful anyways. Nevertheless it was a noticeable change.
