This broke my heart 😔. Yes, we will fail as we are dust and imperfect but God ask us to sanctify. If you're a new chrustian the word says that you're a spiritual baby, you are still learning and growing , getting your spiritual milk. Those that are in the Lord for more time are expected to keep maturing and getting the spiritual solid food and to keep growing deeper, strengthening in the word and in prayer. If you have a ministry you're already at another level. You need to completely "separate" from the ways of the world. To be constantly in His presence, asking Him daily to be cleansed from our ways. He will always reveal our condition to us so we can repent and be restored. It's necesary to be corrected that way we can work with our faults. That's what we do with our kids (Proverbs 3:12) or with everyone that we love or care about. It is wrong to justify sin. It goes against who God is. If we love Him we will receive the correction knowing that we're love and we're forgiven if we humble ourselves. God is revealing the sins inside the house so we can repent (Revelation 3:19). That way He can prepare us for the work ahead. We have to choose right or wrong. There is no in between. That's called a "lukewarm" christian. The one that is in two sides. This word shaked me (Revelation 3:16), it comfronted me. He comfront all of us. Its not ok for a few to sin. That wouldnt be fair, right? If we're going to be called "Christians" then we need to be a reflection of Christ. Following his teachings and modeling his character. We need to deny ourselves daily. Let us be light in this world! Salt of the earth (Matthew 5:13)!. The spiritual evil is raising in this world as we are in the last days. We need our spiritual armor more than ever (Ephesians 6:10-18). ALL OF US. True we all fall short of the glory but it hits differently when it's someone who's connected or part of the body of Christ with many looking up to them. Not to mention we could possibly be held accountable for the souls we affect. 1 Thessalonians 5:22 says to abstain from even the appearance of evil. So although we all fall short the results can be quite different or more devastating depending on the amount of people. This is why many years ago when I became rebellious calling myself not wanting to serve God anymore I made it a point to do my dirt alone in private so I wouldn't involve anyone in my sins or influence others the wrong way due to being an Evangelist and connected to many people in the body of Christ. Let's just say my rebellion only lasted but a min before I ran back to the Lord and continued to fulfill what he's purposed me to do. God don't play. Lol.
