It makes for a interesting build up "Let there be Chaos" builds up like you and a conflict are heading towards each other, and you could collide at any moment. "We've got hostiles" builds up like an elevator ride into a warzone. It is coming, but there is a certain amount of calmness, because you know nothing is going to happen until you reach the top, and all hell breaks loose
Imagine how chaotic it would be if the SCP Foundation, GOC, CI, and Serpent's Hand operatives all fight each other vying for control of Black Mesa all the while the UIU tries to reinforce the HECU and Black Ops.
I can already see Gordon beating the absolute shit out of CI squad, while also fighting all those alien and the HECU. He may not talk, but he has the strongest crowbar known to mankind. He also, ya know, basically immortal, coming back from the dead with previous saves and all of that. And he would also be able to stun an SCP while fighting the previously mentioned.

This becomes an awesome concept: Half-Life or Black Mesa, but there are also SCP foundation things involved. The Chaos Insurgency trying to take all the Xen and Race X aliens, the SCP foundation working to contain the whole thing, the UIU trying their best to reinforce the Black ops, Anderson Robotics stealing BM tech, it would be crazy. Black Mesa: a prestigious research site turned war zone of horrors and crimes against humanity in a matter of hours. Hell, maybe even some of each team would splinter off and join others just like shepherd did.
What Does The CI And The HECU Have in Common ?, raiding a facility, while having a sick theme song and importantly both badass in their own way, the other is fighting a huge foundation that have World ending creatures, the other fighting an alien army that never stops coming at them

I really liked 1:52 to 2:43. Good job, one thing to note, make sure they have a similar volume or one leads then the other backs up so you don't end up with actually trying to hear the songs instead of going with the flow.

These are two incredible songs but playing them over top each other doesn't add anything to either in my opinion. It just makes it louder. I think the popularity of this largely comes from how good these two are independently. I'd love to hear an actual remix that transitions between the two songs back and forth, an actual additive process instead of the current derivation.
