How to fry Blossoms: PIck blossoms early in the morning when open. Pick the male blossoms. The female will have a little bulb shape at the end which will become the pumpkin or zucchini. Remove the stymen and wash in clear water. Let dry a bit or use paper towel. Dip each blossoms in egg wash and then in yellow corn meal. Fry in vegetable oil or crisco until browned on one side and turn. Eat and enjoy. Pumpkin are the best in my opinion. My grandma use to fry them and serve with supper. Had to be fast or Grandpa ate them all. My kids loved when I made them.

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!!! Love this channel! I remember sitting on the porch shucking corn with my grandparents at canning time. I use to walk with grandpa after a rain to check the rain gauge. I must have missed the sheep getting a hair cut. I'll have to look and see if I missed a video. WOW!! I didn't know you knew Robert and Dawn from Cabin On The Hill. I've watched them since thier first video. Small world. Sad they had to move and Dawn's health issue. I wonder what happened to Mikey the cow? Have a great week and I'll pray for youto getsome rain.

Thank you so much !!! Again you are another of our faithful supporters that we are so grateful for. Yes I remember those days also. Our sheep are hair sheep so they shed instead of having to shear.. but we have a few we will probably be doing soon. Yes we have known Robert and Dawn for a while now.. wonderful people and they were the ones that encouraged us to begin our journey on RU-vid, and also the ones that talk me off the cliff when I want to give up. But Dawn seems to be doing well. Family time therapy, especially with the grandkids can sure be very healing. Be blessed and THANK YOU again.

@@ltbfarms I'm always learning from you. I have never heard of a sheep that didn't need sheared. I guess thet is why one I saw only had 1/2 the wool gone.
