I think it's wicked that Dragon Ball Z Kakarot touches bases with two different timelines. Showing what already transpired in the present with the Androids, Cell and Buu. And how they spoke about trying to prevent those things from happening, had it not been for the events and certain decisions that actually came to fruition. On the other hand, it gives light into the future part of Trunk's struggle with the Androids, Cell and Gohan's death. While adding the actual stop to Buu ever being revived. You get the best of both timelines and outcomes.

I wish Future Trunks would have stayed in the present timeline at the end of the Goku Black saga. That alone makes the ending wayyyyy better for the saga which obviously a decent amount of people aren't a fan of. It makes little sense for him to go back to a future timeline that isn't even his, and which was very contrived and convoluted. Although he'd get really overshadowed by Goku and Vegeta (mostly Goku though). Kind of my concern with Broly going forward.

Man was i expecting a glimpse of zamasu (goku back) near the end since this was taken from the manga of dragon ball super.

man seeing trunks story again really makes me sad, he is one of the anime most tragic character where everything he cares about die except for mai (gohan, supreme kai, bulma and his world). somehow the anime still show him smile when he goes to new world after his world destroyed cause maybe this is shonen anime so they can't make his story looks too tragic

this dlc reminds me a moment when Trunks from DBS said to goku and other guys that he fought Dabura in his time line. So i wouldn't be shocked if this dlc could show us what happend in DBS before Zamasu's appearience in Trunks timeline....

I rather have a what if story Future Trunks goes to the Kai’s world and Goku and Vegeta meet Trunks by using Instant transmission. Goku and Vegeta train trunks to become ssj2 then ssj3. SSJ 3 Trunks fight fat buu (one on one) and win. That will be a great DLC. The game doesn’t need to follow the story fully. (The game can be non-canon)

I feel so sad for Trunks, bad things kept on happening. Next up with Zamasu/Black and they really f*ck things up in the future timeline.
