Never thought that a trip to Pondicherry could be this fun!! Did the best usage of our time in Pondicherry!
BTW Make your Pondicherry trip memorable by including these three places in your itinerary:
1. Pichavaram Mangrove Forest: This is World’s second largest mangrove forests after the Sundarbans. Spread over an area of 1100 hectares and the rowing boat takes you through narrow canals amidst breathtaking sceneries of the forest.
2. Auroville: It is an experimental township where the way of life is quite different than the otherwise outer world. It teaches you about human unity in diversity. For visiting the Matrimandir from inside, you need to get prior permission (online or via a resident of Auroville)
3. Eden Beach & backwaters: One of the Blue Flag certified beaches which has clear sea waters and also scenic backwaters. Ideal for swimming, kayaking, ziplining and other activities.
