Trevor is not only a Nascar Daytona Winner and Coffee Shop Owner, He was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis..a debilitating disease with no cure. He hasn't let it slow him down. I admire his drive and determination to keep on keeping on.

Heading to Knoxville next month actually for a NWS Skywarn class. I'm trying to convince my adopted mom to stop here so we can get coffee. I don't know for sure if we will get the chance but hopefully we will.

I was going to check it out last September, as I headed back home to Indiana from Chattanooga, but timing put me as passing through on a Sunday, so I couldn't stop, unfortunately. Will have to make time, the next chance I got to go to Tennessee (and not be passing through going to/from Talladega).
