The North Coast Trail may be one of the most difficult hikes in Canada. Covered in water-soaked bogs, it's only relief is the many beaches sprinkled along it. Over the course of 6 days, we walk this most epic of hikes.

Hey Eric, I usually don't comment but I had to on this one. Thank you so much for this video! The storytelling is incredible, it feels like coming along for the hike. The views are great and it really shows the natural beauty and atmosphere of this remote place on Vancouver Island. Absolutely fantastic!!!

I can remember sitting-in a bucket, crossing a shallow wide river, in Canada's Alberta region. 200 feet above the river. The bottom of the bucket was rotted-through. And the steel-cable line had not been replaced in decades. It was the scariest 300 foot crossing in my three decades of hiking. Beautiful video!

I think all us mountain bikers can agree that biking in nature is amazing, but being out in the wild any way, is one of the best parts, even if it is on two feet as opposed to two wheels. Thank you so much for this video! Excellent editing! We are trying to figure out where to hike this year and this has been super helpful. 2019 we did Sunshine Coast, 2020 Rockwall. Was planning on SCT again this year... but might change it to this one. I hiked Cape Scott MANY years ago, before NCT even existed. First try a member of our party was emergency evacuated, slipped on some boardwalk and broke her leg. Redid it again the next year. I was so unsure about this trail as their wasn't much posted for trail reports... Thank you again!!
