I love the natural progression of the bond between Kong and Suko. Even with that "I'll beat a motherfucker with another motherfucker" moment. And the fact that Jia was prophesized as a hero who can rouse Mothra from her slumber is amazing, same with her meeting other members of her tribe. Also, I not only love the "Aw, shut up" punch on the ape annoyingly running his mouth a few seconds before Kong met Skar King, but the part where Kong lobs a rock and creams the one ape in the head. 😆🤣 Fun fact: Dan Stevens also played The Beast in the remake of Beauty And The Beast.

I will tell you another thing about Godzilla, he is very impossible to kill practically the one object or weapon that could potentially weaken or even kill him, COULDNT!!! It only weakened him a bit, and I say a bit he wasn’t that weakened by the oxygen destroyer, so basically saying the only weapon in existence that can weaken or even kill Godzilla is basically a under statement, since no weapon can kill Godzilla or weaken him that much.

At 3:22 to be fair, we share great ape ancestry - so yes, we have very similar movements. Hence every time we see another great ape we feel like they’re acting "human”, when it’s just us being good ol’ apes.

And in the end of the movie, Kong became King Kong after defeating the Skar King and taking the throne of the ape colony inside Hollow Earth.

It's funny how the world of Monsterverse is basically like ours until 2014, when the first movie began. 😅

This is easily my second favorite right behind King Of The Monsters. It was a popcorn movie that I could just shut my brain off and just see big things hit each other and yet admiring it in all of its glory.

Godzilla was like a giant cat peacefully resting in his bed. He had a special fondness for Rome because it reminded him of his old lair, which was not only a perfect place to rest but also a rich source of radiation. Unfortunately, humans destroyed his lair, leaving Godzilla a king without a kingdom. Thus, he returned to Rome to find solace. The idea of Godzilla sleeping in the Colosseum came from one of the developers, who was reminded of their own cat. After all, if they fit, they sit! Poor Kong; I just wanted to give him a big hug. Suko was quite troublesome, but he redeemed himself in the end. A little kindness goes a long way.

You guys skipped Doug's sole appearance in this movie lol. Tim, you keep asking where all these Titans are coming from. In King of the Monsters, it was the year 2019. At the time, Monrach discovered 17 and counting after Godzilla. Now in Godzilla x Kong, the year is 2027, and there is a shot on a monitor where it confirms Monarch has discovered 245 Titans now. We don't know who they are yet. This could be crucial for Godzilla x Kong 3. Lots of potential for this universe.

In the end of Godzilla 2 we can see in the credits that Mothra laid her egg in a cave. Director did confirm Mothra is immortal and can come back when she lays an egg with the same memories!

Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire is the best film in the Monsterverse!! I got to see this in cinema three times in one month. It has everything, the monster action, enjoyable human characters and incredible visuals! I cannot wait for the sequel to this film! Incredible Reaction Timothee and Malbread!!

Godzilla was so happy to see his queen and he knows that she can reincarnate herself if the world needs her, there could only be one mothra because there was a case where two eggs hatched and one of the larvae died and the other lives

I’ve commented this in a separate reaction video but I’ll elaborate it here. I love how it seems like Godzilla actively doesn't want to be here. He spends the whole movie getting stronger so he can end the fight as soon as possible and go back to bed. He HATES Kong and all the wacky adventures he goes on, and is guilt-tripped by Mothra into helping him. He's an unwilling participant in his own movie and its kinda hilarious That look he gives Kong at the end after Kong smirks at him is, “If it wasn’t for Mothra, I’d have left you for dead with a smile on my face. I had to beat on 3 women today (Scylla, Tiamat, Shimu), and being associated with you has been my lowest moment”

This was my favorite one so far. Saw it three times in theaters. My wife and I loved the heart in the film and the new characters were great (monsters and humans). Glad you guys enjoyed this one. Great reaction! EDIT: Also, Gidorah woke up most of the Titans. And Hollow Earth isn't just one big empty space. It's lots of enormous areas. So there being even deeper places makes sense.

Pyramids, For the Crime of Being In The Way, Godzilla Sentences You to Death!

The scene where Godzilla was sleeping in the colosseum was inspired by the directors cat and the reason why Godzilla likes the colosseum is because it reminds him of his old home, Atlantis from Godzilla king of the monsters.

In my opinion, this is the best film in the MonsterVerse, not by a lot but in my opinion, it is, the story is satisfying, the visuals are beautiful, the creature designs are amazing, the action is the best so far in the MonsterVerse and finally the human story actually matters and isn’t just around for no reason.
