I don't think the suit gave him super human strength. I think the guards just didn't see the attack coming (literally) and weren't prepared to fight back. Many years ago, i was attacked from behind and everything happened so fast that i literally didn't knew what was going on for a few seconds and wasn't prepared to fight back.
The actress is Elizabeth Moss Watch the show The Handmaids Tale, her role in this movie would’ve been just another Tuesday for her compared to what she’s gotta do in that show
he wrote those movies and james wan directed them. he's directed insidious 3, upgrade, and invisible man (and also wrote all 3 of those). he's mostly been a screenwriter.
Lmao he doesnt have super streangth. Im pretty sure this had a lot of training in fighting and its not like the gaurds can see, so they're not prepared for his attacks and punches which is what makes them more powerful
I wonder how the second one will be cause the first one was so crazy and gross when he tried to impregnate her with that suction thing that was so disgusting. But was definitely a good one. That and I’m ready for scream 5.
The guy that wrote and directed Saw, conjuring and dead silence was James Wan not Liegh Whannel. He only contributed to James wans films. It was Leigh that directed this one. Fact check your information dude
@@abrimfulofasha leigh whannell was the screenwriter for saw 1-3 and dead silence (as well as the insidious movies). saying he "only contributed to james wan's films" is greatly underselling his involvement.
The fact it was showing domestic violence so well gave me anxiety attacks. The way she felt alone, always on edge and like no one believed her was true. I think the story and pacing were great and good acting.
The film was good and I enjoyed the overall execution of it. The acting was fantastic, of course. It was a great cast. But I noticed how there were instances where the main character was shown to be extremely clever with how to handle an invisible predator (such as covering the floor with a substance that would leave tracks) in one moment, only to seem like she forgot he was invisible at all the next (looking around for him, thinking he couldn't weave through a busy restaurant unnoticed to get near her and her sister). I just thought it was unfair to the character, because it felt like the moments where she was written as forgetful were only to force the plot to happen. I also figured we've would've been able to see his outline in the pouring rain, but it was like the rain fell right through him?
Pouring the coffee on the floor I could definitely see I would do that. They did the baby powder on the floor in paranormal activity and blood on the floor in Hollow man to see the footsteps. But he was really good at getting in her head to where she wasn’t recognizing what was real and what wasn’t.
Trivia: Elizabeth Moss, the actress who portrayed Cecilia Kass in the 2020 film The Invisible Man, also played voiced of Kimmy In Batman The Animated Series. In the episode "See No Evil" where a daughter is stalked by her ex convict father with an invisibility suit
Loved how your reaction changed for a sec when you guys were laughing then that scene with the floating knife in the restraunt happened and you guys were like noooooo what the he'll? Lol
Leigh Whannell made a come back with this movie with his writing! He was inspired by H.G Wells the creator of the Invisible man and modernized it. As usual you guys just never fail!!! I gotta join your Patreon. That's it! You guys KILL IT over and over again!!!!! Must Watch "Train To Busan" It's a Korean Zombie movie.. One of the BEST!!!
Leigh Whannell is a great director. I was pleasantly surprised how well this film is =) His other film, Upgrade, is great fun too (but don't look for realism/plausibility in that one XD)
@@Davidmaldonado9173 I can buy that. I mean, I'm assuming these suits are designed for military applications, so it would make sense to not only have them suitable for stealth but you may as well also incorporate some sort of mechanism to enhance strength. It's a sci-fi element to the story and I'm okay suspending disbelief in service of an entertaining and interesting movie.
@@TheMikeLawz have you seen the film "what we do in the shadows" by Taika Waititi? (same director of jojo rabbit and thor ragnarok) It's a hilarious and witty mockumentary comedy film about a group of vampires. if you've ever seen the tv shows "park and rec" or "the office", it's kind of like that, except it's about a group of vampires who are roomates lol.
The suit is covered in cameras with that bend all wavelengths of electromagnetic radiation around them, rendering the person essentially invisible. No light reflects off of them, nor does any infrared radiation. So they also don't have any thermal signature. Then it projects the image behind then. This technology exists in some form. - your friendly neighborhood horror nerd
Is it just me, or did this movie feel like you accidentally started watching the sequel before seeing the first one? It seemed like there was so much implied and we just jumped right into it, it felt like it was picking up where something else left off.
Does he have superstrength…or is he just a grown man attacking people with brute, force without them bracing or defending themselves at all? Also, the suit is very clearly made up of mechanisms like camera lenses and metal material not just fabric. I imagine that helps a lot.
Oh y’all are posting this on my birthday it’s a good movie too but I know you’ve seen the strangers from 2008 so you should do a reaction so your buddy can see it.
Wish you guys could get away with watching Martyrs(2008) or frontiers they are French extreme horror films both really good martyrs(2008)specifically is one of the best horror movies I have ever seen but idk if you could pull it off with RU-vid’s rules ..
I know I’m late but I just wanna say this was really good I remember when my mom showed me I think it’s hallow man which you guys should watch it’s a classic and really good, and this didn’t disappoint I like the route they took because it’s more modern instead of it being like medical they made it more mechanical by him inventing the suit and honestly I don’t get creeped out but the feeling this movie gives like why are they showing so much of this extra space it’s like waiting on a jump scare you can’t calculate and I loved that plus I don’t think he is super human just a jacked dude and they exaggerated it and it always made me mad the little girl told the dad she hit her like you literally seen me like a few feet away from ylu how could I slap you from hat distance I get how it would sound but atp you just lying
The movie is supposed to represent, or in this case, be an allegory for the #metoo movement, spousal and domestic abuse. You have to look at the film more the once to see what you missed after it watching it.
