Wouldn't if be great to see & hear a couple more beagles & bassets running the paths to the creek? The baying & howling filling the Oregon air, bouncing & echoing off the trees! Lol!
Lee, I cannot tell you what your channel has meant to me. All of my dogs have passed with the exception of my 15 year old Australian Shepherd. After mourning her, I will definitely adopt. God Bless you for all the work you do. Merry Christmas! ❤️🎄❤️
I’m sooo sorry for the loses of your precious pets, I know how you feel. I myself went through a terrible time in 2021 when I lost my amazing father pretty sudden 9/30, then my awesome, amazing precious cat 12/23, then my beautiful grandmother 1/3 (the day before my birthday). I adopted my precious cat JackyBoy after my painful divorce and he saved and healed me! Adopted animals are 1 of a kind and so incredibly special 4 legged balls of love. I hope and pray you many more years with your precious doggy and may every day be special and full of blessings! God bless you and may you have a wonderful and blessed Christmas. 💜
Elizabeth, Aussies are such wonderful dogs. I have had two. One, a male, we rescued as a prox 5-month old pup right off of a busy street near our home. I was returning from having my recently rescued female Dalmatian I named Millie (a gorgeous girl) vet check & chiropractic treatment. We lost Tipper to a rattlesnake bite; treated, but too late. The day before this last Thanksgiving, I had our trusted hospice vet put our rescued female I named Robyn to sleep. She had been in severe pain and I could no longer give her enough relief to make her comfortable. Both Aussies were Black and White. I had Tipper only two years. Robyn was about 10 when I adopted her and she was nearly 14 when she passed. I have only my 12-year old Red Heeler Cassie left, but I have had about 20 dogs through the years, many different breeds. All rescues except my Cocker Spaniel. The breeds were Cocker Spaniel, Llasa Apso, Puli, Poodle, Chihuahua, Pit Bull mix, Golden Retriever mix, Dalmatian, Basset Hound and Red Heeler (Australian Cattle Dog). Each was vastly different; each was wonderful! Blessings 🥰
Oh how I live vicariously thru you on Rescue Day, Lee! I miss having a dog soooo much.🥺🐕 And all of these rescues are beautiful furbabies!❤❤God Bless you & your staff for all you do, Lee!🙏🏻❤️
I do the same, living vicariously through certain dog channels. My favorites are Asher House, the livestock guardian dogs crew, the working border collies and of course, Minion and Az, if you know who they are 🥰 irl, I'm an old cat lady now 😽 💃
@@mariemeyers9396 I’m in the process is having to move right now, but once I’m settled, I hope to adopt, but the crazy expense for adoptions around here may make it a few months at best! I just rescued a 4-5 wk old kitten from work a cpl wks ago, so that makes my cats at “3”! 7 yr old, 18 mo., and 6 wk old! But I AM getting a dog ASAP! Thx
I just want to say that I love your videos. They make my day. I had to put my dog down. 😢 And watching your videos puts a smile on my face. Your are an amazing person. God Bless you. And God Bless the dogs. I thank God for people like yo u. ❤
I absolutely love how affectionate you are toward the dogs and they know they can trust you. You’re doing an amazing job helping all these animals. God bless you for it. Keep up the great work!
I feel such hope and the sense of all is right in the world watching you Lee and the people at these rescue shelters who bring these beautiful babies to you for rescue. My heart fills with love and joy. Thank you Lee. Your site is the only site I joined monthly and give to when you ask for special help. I so believe in your cause and you possess such kindness, love, goodness, and change the lives of these beautiful animals. Thank you so much, Lee. You inspire us to do more, too. God bless you, and welcome to the new babies!❤❤❤
Thank you for not only watching the channel which brings in income, but contributing also. So many people think rescuers do great work and applaud it, but still don’t participate and you do!! (As do I) Happy Holidays!❤
Two of those gorgeous doggos were on an euthanasia list???? I don’t get it! They are beautiful & seem well behaved. I have to tell you, dearest Lee, your Rescue Days have become my happy days too! 😻
Asher House Sanctuary and all the shelters and passionate people associated with saving these innocents lifts me up and gives me hope. Thank you for sharing the light and the ❤.
I absolutely love Rescue Day, and no one does Rescue Day better than the Asher House❤ Lee you truly inspiring. I've recently decided, and started the process of becoming a foster. I'm scared, anxious and excited all at the same time.
We lost our sweet rescue beagle Luke 2 months ago, and it warmed my heart to see you rescue a beagle. Every time you rescue ANY dog, I always wonder why no one wants these sweet and beautiful dogs. I want them ALL. Thank you Lee!
Have you ever seen anything as heart-rending as the absolute joy in the dogs? So innocent and trusting and willing to love. I'm just sitting here in tears wishing every animal could be as loved. Im just sitting here wishing every human had the same capacity for love and selflessness. For all the people who love and care for animals, God bless you. God bless you all each and every day.
The uncertainty on their faces when they’re leaving the place they know, but will soon find out they have just hit the dog lottery; and the kind magical man who is smothering them in kisses is their dad who will give them love, safety, lots of friends and miles upon miles to romp and swim. Bless Lee and his team, and bless all of the shelter folks who are angels among us!!
My two year old grand daughter saw one of those sad rescue commercials. She just sobbed. I will show her this so she can see the joyful part of rescuing. And we we are gathering supplies for a local rescue. Our three Dockers keep our house filled with love and one rescue cat.
What an amazing group of dogs!!! Lee, you make my heart fill with joy when I watch your rescues from the shelter❤️. A million thank yous for your dedication to save animals. Blessings on your head✌️❤️🐾
Another great rescue. Congratulations to the new pups for a home filled with love and happiness! Congratulations to the Asher House family for the new additions. Lots of love to you all.❤❤❤
Loved the Rescue day dance (and stumble)! Ha I love all the dogs too and you and the rescuers are true angels on earth for these animals. We need 'Rescue Day' happy dance videos to go viral all across the world as people adopt shelter animals. My wish is that every animal can feel the kind of love you all give -- even when you are peed on! Thank you. xx
Glorious. We just picked up our second rescue. They are both border crossers in southern AZ and I couldn't live them more. Her name is Stella and her bigger sister is Luna.
Whenever the dogs coming running out on Rescue Day, it's like: "Come on down! You're the next contestant on The Price Is Right..."😂 On a weekly basis, it's like 52 Hannukah nights or Christmas Days... for the dogs, the shelter, and Lee.💕🐾 🕎🎄☮️
This a big dose of therapeutic laughter and smiles! You bring such joy to the dogs and they to you, then you share that all with us and it means so much! Thank you and bless you!
O M G LEE!!! I dearly love the pups reaction to you every time you meet a new one!!! They know you are a good person and are drawn in to you!!! That's why I love dogs so very much, just want honest love and attention , you get back in return their loyalty!!!💜💜💜👍👍👍🤗🤗🤗
*_eww-y eww-y eww-y.._* OMG, so how many dogs is this now!?? I’m glad The Asher House is getting so many new subscribers and so many hits on these wonderful videos because it takes a lot of money and hours to take care of so many *discarded dogs* . And that’s my other point, how can so many people insist on purchasing puppies or even adopting, but only wanting puppies when so many wonderful dogs, with these wonderful breeds mixed or pure breed are available at your local shelter??? * Thank you Lee and team!*
What an absolutely Fantastic Christmas for those lovely Dogs. Your Work and devotion to saving these Animals is beyond words, and their care and life has now changed forever. Just need more and more to support and donate to this very special 'House' so that many more of wonderful dogs who have done nothing wrong get the chance they fully deserve.
All are beautiful but the eyes on the beagle are gorgeous! I thought "oh it would be horrible to put such a beautiful pup down!" Lee you mean so much!! Such a huge heart you have! I love you!
Ive always thought animals have a sixth sense about who or what they can trust and I'm CORRECT, I've yet to see an animal doubt Lee's intentions, bless Lee, the Asher house and all its helpers, stay happy, safe and healthy everyone ✌️
They have no idea how good life is going to be. They’ll have lots of new brothers n sisters to play n run with. Life will be beautiful for them all. The best part they’ll be so LOVED! Lee, with his heart of gold. ♥️😊👍👍🎄
Mr.Asher you are a very special man,Thank you for giving all those beautiful Souls a loving forever home! Long life to all your babies and of course you Lee,and all your team!
Lee, I pray for you every day. For you to continue your good work for these animals. If you could open shelters across the US, the love would spread. What an amazing human being you are Lee! You have so many people out here who love you and your team of angels. All the beautiful souls you rescued and left you, will be waiting for you at the gates of heaven my friend.
I know the joy you're feeling and am so envious you get to feel this every week. Just picked up a foster dog at a board and train that is neglecting and starving the dogs. Trying everything to get them shut down but very few people in the world care about animals the way people like Lee do. This video brightened a very dark day. You are my personal hero, in addition to, like, 300 of the luckiest dogs on earth.
The Beagle eyes just got so big when you said, "we're home". The look on his face as he took it all in....to me it was priceless. I love watching adoption day. Thank you for sharing and thank you for having a beautiful heart for dogs. Merry Christmas
That is the best thing ever…hearing Lee baby talk to the dogs. All those dogs are so beautiful! I’m in love with all of them..Randy is so gorgeous though! Thank you for saving them Lee. ❤❤❤
You are the epitome of pure love and joy. ❤ What an amazing human being you are. If the world was full of Lee Ashers there would be no more useless euthanizing of any precious animal ever again.❤
Seeing the look in the beagles eyes as you got to the sanctuary was so incredibly heartwarming. I almost squeal with love watching these babies break free.
😍You probably hear this all the time . . . you are the biggest softy. I mean that literally and figuratively; nothing but a big softy! THANK GOD! I love your kids, the Asher House Sanctuary and all the work that you do. You make an outstanding Dad. Your kids are lucky to have you and it's obvious how much love they bring to your life too.
I love rescue day! I rescued a Maltese Mix on October 7th….she is the love of my life! I lost two rescues this past year to heart failure and the best cure for heartache is to adopt again! I must add I love watching Lee kiss the dogs! I kiss my doggy’s all the time! They just soak up the love!
Five beautiful dogs going to heaven on earth at the sanctuary. I can't understand why any of those sweethearts were at the shelter in the first place. They all seemed to have lovely temperaments. Anyway, they are home now and will have a wonderful life with Lee and the team.❤❤❤❤❤❤
