Seeing you walk away with 2 items from those giant rails in the last shop in the video just shows how selective you need to be. Sometimes when sourcing I feel the pressure to pick something up and end up compromising on margin but I think you need to be strict with yourself, so good to see it in action Pete 😊.
I feel like sourcing correctly is the hardest but most important part of it. You have to remove the emotion out of it, if it doesn’t fit your criteria, it’s not worth it!
I find going in expecting nothing no matter how big the shop is helps. It stop me picking up the crap that you umm and ahh over and helps me realise its gonna take ages to sell and ill only make a couple quid
