@@fluffy5534 unfortunately I've already left Cuenca but I hope to return again soon and check out some of the vegetarian/vegan places. One place I did see that seemed very popular in the neighborhood where I stayed was called Comer Sanar Vivir. Seems to have very good reviews, though I didn't try it while I was in Cuenca. If you speak Spanish, you'll know many words in Tagalog ;) A really nice video. How are you finding the safety in Cuenca? Any concerns?

Im glad you enjoyed it. I have felt very safe in Cuenca. As always in any city, you need to use common sense and watch out for things like pickpocketing in crowded places, and avoid deserted places at night, but otherwise, it is very safe.

Punjabi Rasoi on Calle larga and hermano Miguel. For north Indian and actually have Thalis. I still haven't tried Taj Mahal on Calle Larga, but cuenca at least has options. I just am used to north Indian so south indian no matter how nicely prepared just isnt a favourite.
