you do know, western countries actually have legal processes they have to go through before they can legally annex property from a private individual? That's why, even though the Italian government has seized the boat, it's still owned by Putin, he's just not allowed to use it for the time being. If the Italian government wants to actually seize ownership of it, they have to go through lengthy legal processes to do so. I mean, that's what gives western countries respect and credibility at the end of the day -- a fair legal system and a safe/free place to do business & own property.
