Of all the African countries I have been to, only Ghanaian and Senegalese meals I really enjoyed. I love Nigeria and Nigerians, but I had a really difficult times eating the food while I lived there. Itwasn't so in Ghana. The Ghanaians have this very distinguished traditional style of preserving their meals. I mean, in the streets, the food are placed in glasses. I enjoyed it so much there. Similar experience in Senegal.

Nigerians always tell me there's no pepper in the food or very little when I ask. Being from America where we don't eat those amounts of pepper mean Nigerian no pepper means hell fire pepper. Lol

Which part did you visit in Nigeria? If is lagos, south west. If you want real food in Nigeria visit the Niger delta. Food you eat mostly in lagos, Abuja are corrupted taste. When next you visit Nigeria go to the Niger delta and eat banga soup the best soup in the world.
