Rebuilding the van to our specs was such a great idea. Until, we started living in it.. and realised some problems.
We did chat about it for a while before we made the decision to rip it out and start again.

😆 I love the dynamics of your relationship !. All it takes is a *look* and you communicate what you're thinking 🤣 seeing all the fiddly nitty gritty aspects of both building and changing a setup is great to see. Keep up the amazing videos. 😊💙👍

haha yes we are always working on our communication skills and it its still a work in progress :) but i'd like to think we do alright in this sort of situations alot of people have said that they couldn't do a build with their partner... it is stress full but 'yes dear' does well hha S.

Hi guys. Looks like a good change there. We do the same in our tiny micro camper. Use it and if it doesn't work ..change it. We have a "back up Bernie" always prepared and you have a "Build it in Tim" 😅🐕🚙

It's great to add tweaks here and there to your home. Needs change, sometimes you find you'd have more/less use for a design than you thought. I personally never cared for Rattan... I think that came from getting splinters in my bottom when visiting someone that had an older set of Rattan patio furniture lol Always happy to see what my favorite Aussies are up to. It is definitely a positive improvement, but...... what will the next thing be that needs a tweak, or do you think this will be the final draft, so to speak. I hope you both had a wonderful Christmas, and here's to lots of time out on the road in 2024. Thanks for sharing.

We are exactly the same as you guys where we occupy the same space in this world but are at times in a parallel universe when talking to each other 😂 Rattan has its place ( the 70’s or Hawaii) 😂 Looking good it’s more balanced design and social

yes funnily enough our first trip out and truly about is o/s to Japan (and a couple of other places I won't mention yet) but we will return to the van and explore (can't reveal where yet haha) but its going to be exciting!

Hi guys. Question. When the van is complete and how you want it then would you consider a new project? ie- a bigger camper to do up from almost scratch? Loved the video btw. I love the way Sandy almost sits on the fence willing for the electrics to mess up so she can say I told you so 😂😂 and Tim telling himself I’ve gotta triple check stuff so that Sandy can’t say I told you so lol. Probably not for a while but yes eventually we want to try and build something a bit bigger and I think i'd be confident enough to get my hands dirty hah :) Yes im usually the one telling Tim that things are straight.. i think he stares and stuff for too long and can't see it... haha :) S.
