No venue in any city or island is ready for us yet! I was in DC a month ago in a Marriott downtown and nothing was open in the hotel other than Starbucks for breakfast and lunch. I was in Cincinnati the Westin a week later, and it was the Moose Fraternity convention with 5000 people and the venues were not told me were coming and they ran out of beer and other libations the first evening.
I'm not 100% sure, but at dinner in the MDR, you can make arrangements for the next night's diner to be Gluten Free, plus you can inquire with the Maitre D' when you get onboard the ship..they are usually stationed at the entrance to one of the dining rooms for a bit on Embarkation Day.

Great vlog guys! When we were in Belize in 2018 we hung out at The Wet Lizard also and had some local brews (you should know us by now..lol) and even tried Coca-Cola made there. Sooo much better than the one made in the US. Can not wait to hang out both the SAS crew and Rob and Favor in a few weeks!! Thanks for sharing ❤

@@SharonatSeaTravel Interestingly not so long ago my doctor made a similar comment, saying that most medical conditions that people develop could have been avoided, if they had only practiced to eat small portions of meals, even food that are not the healthiest.

Thank you Sharon for the information I have been to Belize before but not that part of Belize I have seen the bad side of Belize which is the poor size of Belize that was Back in the late 1990's when I went to Belize thank you for some other part of that country
