I’m over Coachella. I have friends out here struggling to survive. I’m over watching celebrities flaunt their wealth. I’m sick of the Kardashians and anyone else who live that way with zero thought for the lower class. Middle class has officially came lower class because of our economy. Hate to bring a serious turn to everything but this is my view on things lately! ❤
All the "middle class who became lower class because of the economy" people I know still live in a fkn house and own cars and shit and they're just "struggling" to afford those things. Those of us who are ACTUALLY lower class do not even HAVE a house or car or all these Amazon packages and subscription services that we're struggling to afford. We just never HAD those things in the first place. All of the people you're talking about would still be 1000X better off than the REAL lower class if they'd downsize their lives and stop demanding these unnecessary luxuries that they're accustomed to from being wealthy.

I can tell you from taste test at home of Alidis (4 of us) compared to name brand they do not taste the same cause they don't my son will not eat the Aldi version of cheetos cause they do Not taste like cheetos at all. Lol. But it was a interesting video to find out fast food places are scammin (chuckie cheese at it again, lol). Makes me glad we like barely ever eat fast food (plus where we live has like no delivery besides 3 pizza places, no kfc, no burger king)

I've accidentally hit the power button too many times on my phone too! It calls 911...I hung up immediately, and they called me back to make sure I was ok and they had to get my name. The second time I did it...the same process happened...EXCEPT this time, I got a second phone call from the sheriff who wanted to double check and ask me a couple more questions. I guess they thought something didn't sound right with me the second time lol but I agree that this is a great idea for people in real danger
Just a little extension to putting up boundaries. There is always going to be some push back from the people who did not expect you to put boundaries up. Keep it up. They will learn or leave you alone.

Even if they call from their own number. It can be a scam, I saw a video about a lady that got a call from her sister and it came up as her name and everything, saying her sister was kidnapped n demanding money. The mom called her sister and her sister was at home just fine. Crazy stuff 😅

I’m so late but the part where they talk about Ozempic leaving you looking like a bag of bones is a yes! My Husband is diabetic and he is maxed out on his diabetes medication and now his Doctor added Ozempic and I begged him to ask the doctor for something else. He stopped taking the shot for a week and it was the best week we’ve had since he started. I’m sad that he is diabetic, and the metformin isn’t working…but he looks so skinny. Kids, if you can attempt to avoid diabetes - please do. It was genetic for my Husband, so I pray for our two kids. Appreciate what God gave you. You are enough! Just eat healthy as soon as you can.
As a sous chef who is constantly sick. I love this. My boss has taken two vacations in the same month and is back wondering why I am going home because I’m sick. Yet again. After he’s had 5 vacations this year so far. And I’ve had one that was two days added to my days off…. And I still got phone calls and messages from staff because they don’t go to him because I know more about how shits supposed to be done than he does.

An alarm-setter and list writer as well. I work in a doctor's office and I have many daily responsibilities. My main job is getting tests approved with insurance companies but I also have to check eligibility and benefits for everyone that is scheduled for the next day (we see 200people a day). I also have to input info. Call new referrals, and a few other things. I set an alarm for when it's time for me to switch tasks. Because I'm ADD I can be doing one thing and in the middle I switch. When I set alarms I stay on task and I stay more proficient. I start at 8am. So by 10am I switch to eligibility. Next at noon I switch to calls. 115pm I switch back to approvals. 330pm is my reminder I have one hr left before the day is done. So if I have anything to tie up or check on I can do so and still leave the office at a reasonable time and NOT get stuck there later than I need to be.
My dad recently called the police by accident by misdialing an area code on his landline. Not only did they call him back but then they came to the house. He was embarrassed but happy they were thorough. So maybe the landline thing is still true.
My mom did this when I was younger. Well, she didn't tell us (my sister and I) and proceeded to go off on a walk with my dad. Boy we were two surprised little girls when the police showed up😱
Ryland you're not supposed to wear contacts in the shower 🤣 I had to have somebody else tell me that too. I was the same way about putting them on so I could see in the shower. But it can actually lead to irritation, infection, and other eye issues.
MY GRANDMA GOT THAT SAME EXACT SCAM CALL ABOUT MY BROTHER BEING IN JAIL AND HE WAS FACING HORRIBLE CHARGES- she was dead set on it being his voice too. Thank god at 84 years old she still felt something off and called my mom. He was in his room in the basement playing video games LMAO
Someone called my grandma and pretended to be me in jail. She said it sounded exactly like me. They even knew details about my life, like my boyfriend’s name and that I had just taken a certain exam. It was crazy.
