That’s not easy, what happened to all that change after George Floyd? I thought the black community was going to step forward and bring the needed change to their communities. Change the system from the inside, be the change, not stand in the streets committing crimes. KCMO is changing their pay structure to start at $60,000 and top out at $106,000, for Police Officers. Guess no one wants to be the change. Or is it because the job is just beneath people. Guess it’s more fun to livestream your crimes than take accountability from / for your community. FYI KCMO is like 300 Officers down, with that kind of pay, they should have a waiting list.

Actually, the free access to guns (& attempted removal of local governance, with varying successes) has been engineered & implemented by the Republican-dominated legislators & Executives at the State level in Missouri.
