This one drew me in immediately. I've heard of a house being unfinished or renovated and paranormal encounters happening and the building crew ends up leaving and not returning to finish the job.
This was even better than the first time. I heard all the noises you heard and at 28:27 while Griff is talking it sounds like someone whispers Jesus maybe it was Ste but it is very clear. Your channel is head and shoulders above the rest , you deserve so much more.

At 3:15, I thought I saw a shadow almost in front to the right side of The doorway in the back of the frame. Then after that , you say you thought you saw a shadow too! Coincidence? maybe. That place is something else and I love the way your starting these videos and your camera is good at picking up details that I could not see in someone else's video of this place, so great job! Those bangs and stuff from the storm outside were scary - This place would terrify me on a night like that, even with out the storm too!

I loved the lone vigual the K2 responses the noises you got the basement everything about this video had it all. That interview style at the start was something different which was great. Doing the alone parts I think worked very well. I think you should do this on most investigations you both do. Once both together then again alone. You both have came along way from when you started. Your videos are getting better and better. I'm hooked on them and I'm greedy so do more please lol. If possible can you try a hospital if you can find one. Keep them coming lads. Great work

I was following what you were saying about the wind causing all the banging Ste until....you said it was foggy. Wind and fog never appear together! Fog is pretty stagnant and wind will clear it. Are you sure about the banging you heard being just the wind?? Or did you think you saw fog which was something else maybe?? Smashing video! Keep up the great work.
