We Won the ABS but Need Education on the Auto-Leveling System - Full-Time RV'ers

We won a contest sponsored by Lippert to have an ABS (Anti-Lock Brake System) put onto our Brinkley Z 3100. We brought our trailer to Lippert Plant 82 for the installation, but we also wanted to get educated on the Titan Auto-Leveling system which is an OEM install on our Brinkley.
Here is what the Techs said in it's entirety.
We still have problems where the system levels the trailer, but the wheels are off the ground. When this happens, we manually level to make sure they are in contact with the surface.

The first gentleman I think his name is Mark said that he had reset zero and then he ran it three times, but did have a problem with the tires raising up and then mentioned that there’s a dip in the slab of concrete. If the unit hadn’t been moved, it should’ve been just fine. So they had to have been a problem. I still have this problem with it raising the rig. I don’t think it has anything to do with the suspension being heavier because the suspension is like a see saw , The wheels are the pivot point. Thanks for sharing though.

Thank you for the reply. We agree there is still a problem. We are trying to work through it, just like everyone else! Hopefully they can get it resolved. But, it is nice to know Brinkley is using heavier axles than other OEM's.

What I have found is, I’m using a pro level as I pull into the sites and then blocking the wheels accordingly so I get very much level left to right and then I’m able to use the auto level and it doesn’t seem to then walk up further than it needs to on the left or right. So I am carrying some blocks to adjust two or 3 inches on the wheels.
