No, because it doesn't function as well as it could. So one has to deal more with the negative aspects/results of the planet. A malefic can give good results. For example a well functioning Saturn might make you have to work hard - and one could say this is negative because we might not like wanting to work hard. But when Saturn is functioning well it is more likely we will work hard, and as a result gain the benefits as a result of our hard work. However, a weakly situated Saturn will still make us have to work hard, yet because it is weak we might not respond well to that energy and become lazy or unable to get ourselves to work hard, thereby missing opportunities, not gaining from our efforts, etc. and just end up depressed or other related situation as a result.

@@babajaiy8246 I c, depression arising from unwillingness to put efforts is reasonable. However a weak Saturn may not be able to give unreasonable depression which is more chemical in the brain rather than your circumstances.
