Hmm... one of Bakugo's weaknesses I know is cold weather. If he can't produce sweat in cold weather, he can't make his attacks. I hope this helps.

Stars and Strips lose not because of plot armor. She just has not enough power to handle with Shigaraki's regeneration.

she definitely would have killed her when she set a rule for him but he was made not being able to identify himself just to protect him from her New Order (just my opinion)

@MiKU.SEMPAi. Well, Shigaraki stated that New Order won't work on him, is because he don't know who he is, Shigaraki, AFO or Tenko Shimura? And Stars and Strips understanding of Shigaraki's personality won't the similar with Shigaraki's own understanding about himself. But even without that, Shigaraki have regeneration which is stronger then High End Nomu ( for example Hood was able to easily rip off his own head and regenerate the whole body from it, and Shigaraki's regeneration is stronger then Hood have ), so Shigaraki won't die if his heart will stop working, he doesn't even need a heart. So Stars and Strips just doesn't have enough power, she is weaker then Shigaraki and it's not a Plot armor
