Thankyou so much ma'am.. yesterday i gave milk in glass to my 2 and half year old daughter before sleeping.i brushed her teeth and made her sleep.she asked for her bottle at bedtime for 2-3 times but later slept peacefully throughout the night.❤❤ thanks a lot..

Hey debina... First of all thanks for sharing such precious experiences... My daughter is just 10 days younger to Liaana, so i can totally relate with you... Whenever i feel some difficulties about my baby i just come to your channel and BOOM my problems are solved... I really tried your suggestions to weaning her off milk and trust me, she is hard to handle at night but as you said, we have to make our mind.. So i am just working on it.. Its been 3 days, i haven't given her milk and hopefully she is going to adapt this soon.... Thanks for sharing your experience

Yes please start the podcast. Plus my baby has an easy access to unhealthy foods and tv and mobile. He is now turning 2 and is still on my feed and I want to wean him off completely. When I tried weaning off 2-3 months ago I noticed his increased consumption of unhealthy items and and increased screen time which must be zero at this age but I just can’t help it to get his screen time completely gone so I had to restart the feeding on demand.
