This is really cool actually! I’m imagining a Escape the Death Star game mode, and you could give the storm troopers unsc guns that fire plasma or something I have so many ideas! I can’t wait for the full release!
Is it possible to give weapons an alt fire, even if they dont? For example if you had a sentinel beam and wen you click the zoom button it fires off a cindershot projectile? Or maybe something like situational automatic weapon switching? For example if you zoom in with a weapon it turns into a stalker rifle, but when you zoom out it becomes an assault rifle? Just wanna know if its possible, I got some ideas for forge when it releases.
Secondary fire only gets transferred if both weapons have one. It is probably possible to do the automatic switching idea though. Would have to test it to know for sure.
You can't make an auto BR as it'll stay locked on burst fire. The only thing the BR would inherit from the automatic weapon is its ammo capacity and damage
I really like to see those every combined weapons to try out on the enemies in the campaigns. That would be totally awesome for audience like us to see it in action.
In H5, I made a paintball custom game where I spliced the plasma pistol with the assault rifle with a one-hit damage buff, Carbine rounds in the BR and put the Spartan Laser as the power weapon
Oh god that glitch with the reload is still prevalent?? Jesus man. Also, I’d like to see the Hydra Launcher combined with the shock rifle for like an automatic shock rifle weapon, or something.
I want to see UNSC weapons using covenant tech. Like in Halo 5 the needle hog. Maybe a human plasma gun would be cool. Green plasma launcher used like the concussion rifle.
So the primary weapon's reload properties are overridden by the secondary weapon's? Or was that a bug with the Disruptor reloading like a hydra at the end?
Yes, they are overridden. Also when combining with the hydra only the secondary fire of the gun is overridden (don’t know why) so it just turns the disruptor into the same weapon just with less ammo and a horrible reload time.
Try stalker rifle and sentinel beam. A beam rifle might be possible. Same with needle rifle (stalker rifle and needler). Maybe you could make a video where you remake the other games weapons.
Hello. Have you ever played Mass Effect? Would it be possible to make something that would simulate biotics? Maybe a weapon that fires blue plasma that would cause an enemy to be pushed, pulled, or float? Would be cool if the blue plasma didn’t have to come from the gun, but could be fired from the offhand. I’ve always been disappointed that Mass Effect never had pvp. Thanks for reading!
I haven't played mass effect but I think it would be possible to create what you described. Could use the threat sensor animation to shoot the plasma out of the off hand and then apply and effect on hit.
@@ArtificesLab, Thank you for the reply. I’m sure this concept would be very popular. Mass Effect has a huge fanbase, and with the ability to remake old Mass Effect PvE maps, I imagine a PvP mode in Halo would drive people crazy.
Would it be possible create a gun game with every kill switching to a new mixed weapon? If so would it also be possible to randomize the order of weapons each round?
@@HulktySSJ2 yeah same with uneeq who has done a lot of remakes. Good news is there are people working on porting maps over so there is still hope for those maps. Unfortunately there is nothing to transfer scripts in the works so this doesn’t apply to anything I did in the leak
@@ArtificesLab Absolutely sickening... And I'm not even a creator... I wanted to play on that map SO badly... I had a group of friends that planned to restart Halo JUST because of it... Can't imagine the feels of him though... So much work put to waste... Can beta testers AT LEAST still play the maps themselves still??
