I live in a place where the elevation is moderate about 1500m above sea level and far away from the Himalayas but in winters the temperatures can drop lower than some places in the Himalayan ranges. Also my place is in the wettest region on Earth ,only 100km from Sohra(Cherrapunji) and Mawsynram
